My nails look nothing like the picture, awful shape, didn’t ask what length i wanted, mean, me and my friend left bleeding. Do NOT come here. Just looking out for u. Btw the photo in the car is the reference photo.

Felt very rushed and wouldn’t let my daughter have a pedicure even though we asked many times. Said they would only paint her toes (she’s 5)Only did some things on my 10 year old and rushed me.

The staff is super rude especially the lady named as Lucy, she was so annoying and she don’t know customer dealing. I am very disappointed about my decision to go there. I will never recommend anyone yo go there. To be honest that was my huge mistake to go there. I request all of you to never go there because my nails treatment was around 2 hours process and the super rude lady Lucy didn’t talk to me even a single word for the entire time.

I’ve gone to this salon for about a year and had been impressed by not only the price, but by the kindness that Kelly had displayed. Today, I went and was told I was 15 minutes late. When I called I had her on speakerphone so my husband and I had heard her say 11 so he wrote it down. She continued to say I was late so I said sorry about the confusion. She didn’t talk to me the whole time but talked to her other employee in Vietnamese throughout my manicure and pedicure. Twice I said “ouch” during my pedicure but she didn’t look at me or stop. All the while when not talking to me she was either answering calls or selling gift cards to walk ins and texting. I certainly did not feel welcomed nor did it feel like a spa like experience. Was I being punished? I am disappointed and I will not go back!!

I had gotten my gel nails for grad done at TN24 nails and spa (definitely recommend). I needed to get them off today so I went to Kelly nails and spa. I got there and they were yelling at me where to sit. They started taking my nails off but they just ripped them off they didn’t even use the drumel used to take gel nails off. It hurt so bad I was almost crying but they didn’t care. After my nails were off they didn’t even make them look nice. It took them maybe 5 minutes and they charged $15 for ruining my natural nails. I could’ve gotten them off better myself. Definitely don’t recommend.

Have been a few times however last visit not as pleased. The lady who did my nails seemed cranky clearly in pain as I had to open polish for her

Lucy is my girl she does such good work. She is friendly, I just love her she is a super wonderful person. The place is always very clean and the ladies are friendly and fun.

This is the second time for me I get my nails at this salon so far so good I asked for Kelly as of everybody saying Kelly is very good and she is very good very passionate she is good at what shes doing. Definitely going back
