She consistently gave us a significant amount of time and attention during an emotionally draining experience. She was patient, very understanding and knowledgeable, reliable and reassuring as she dealt with our needs on many levels. She was extremely generous in making herself available for our questions and in anticipating concerns. We knew that we were in competent hands from the outset which became even more apparent as time passed. She is attentive to detail; she is an astute listener; she explains procedures in a factual, unrushed way. I’ve called three time to get a call back and In all three times Ive called I’m still waiting to speak to someone to answer my questions it’s been one month and still not one phone call is this the expected wait time .

Ann-Frédérique Martel was the counsellor who took care of my mother's funeral arrangements and I could not have had a more caring, understanding and capable person. She was absolutely amazing in all facets of the job. I felt completely at ease and during a loss of a family member, that is a difficult feeling to obtain.I can not speak highly enough of all the work, effort and help she offered.Simply amazing.

Given the difficulty that accompanies arranging funerals, this company and this location has served my family for a long time. My experience accessed only a small part of their service offering (cremation and government documentation), but the individual handling my account (Josiane T.) could not have been more cordial, informative and overall empathetic. At every stage I felt that my requests were heard and the follow through was without fault.

The services of this funeral home were excellent. The receptionist by the name of Anna, I believe, was incredibly helpful by going the extra mile to provide a much needed document quickly. Would recomment this business to everybody. And the caterers provided delicious appropriate food.
