Phoenix Asia Buffet
We stayed at Falcon Crest Lodge and decided to pick up takeout from Phoenix Asia Buffet for a quiet night in. We were incredibly impressed by the quality, quantity and taste of the food! Highly recommend the shrimp fried rice, chicken with mixed vegetables and the sweet and sour pork. We look forward to coming back when we’re next in Canmore!

Phoenix Asia Buffet
This was my first time being Calgary and also was the first time having food in this restaurant. We had a wonderful experience in it. Food was very delicious and fresh. Their services were wonderful. We were treated friendly. Thanks all staffs of Phoenix Asia to let us be able to have so high quality and delicious food. It was unforgettable. I am sure that I will be back if I visit Calgary again

Good food but poor service.We should have known from the start that the service wouldn’t improve. We asked for a table of 7 and the waitress indicated that she couldn’t merge tables together and we’d have to sit apart. Finally the manager came and put two tables together. We waited a while a food and watched other tables that came after us had their orders taken. To top things off when we were ready to order, even though the menu indicates you can have substitutions for the combo we were told it’s best not to make any substitutions cause they are busy and the kitchen will make a mistake so a few in our group had to stick with the menu items they really didn’t want. After our food came we had a wait a while to get cutlery. Luckily the food was good but we were not impressed with the service.

Prepare to leave your taste buds disappointed and your wallet empty - To say my recent dining experience at Phoenix Asia Buffet in Canmore was incredibly disappointing is an understatement.The first sign of trouble was having to clean the dirty tables ourselves before sitting down. Most importantly, despite the advertised price of $24.59 per person on the sign outside of the hotel and website, we were charged a whopping $35 per person at the end of our meal and were shocked to see $113 on the bill (for three people). This price was unjustifiably high given the poor quality of the food. The dishes were either extremely greasy or incredibly mediocre and bland, and even though I didn't order much, I felt that I overpaid for the subpar quality.To make matters worse, when we expressed our dissatisfaction to the server, she was unhelpful and even laughed at us. Instead of addressing our concerns, the server dismissively instructed us to check the sign on the door from outside, which was not the entrance we used. This unhelpful response only added to our frustration, as it did nothing to resolve the issue at hand. During this discussion, our server abruptly left with the card machine, leaving us hopeful about a possible resolution. Unfortunately, when she returned, it was only to argue further with us and hand us a menu that did not even display the price difference between the advertised and charged amount. We were told that the advertised price was $25 for a buffet

We love the atmosphere and the View specially the food was so Great me and my family loves it!We just stay in Falcon Crest and we love that there's a restaurant like Phoenix we ordered take out and we eat on the room highly recommended thank you so much.

Good food but awesome service!We were looking for an item with gravy. The waitress didn't understand what gravy was. So we had to settle with fried rice. For the fried rice, we had to ask for dinner plates but all we got were small snack plates (see picture). The fried rice didn't come with soy sauce or hot Chilli oil, until we explicitly asked for it. The hot chilli oil came in a used jam bottle (see picture).

We specifically asked them for hot sauce while placing an order because we wouldn’t eat without it but at the time of pickup, they said they don’t have it and weren’t apologetic about it.Chicken fried rice, noodles and kung pao chicken had little to no chicken. Why charge for chicken when you are being miser about it?

Phoenix Asia Buffet
The food was absolutely amazing! The BBQ pork noodles were to die for! They seemed to be very busy with Friday night take-out but our food still came out very quickly. The portions are huge and 3 dishes easily fed the 4 of us and we still had lots of left overs to take home. Fantastic place with great food.

Wanted to try something different in Canmore area, was pleasingly surprised by the quality of food and portion sizes.Excellent vegetable dishes, tasty meats, but the most of all is a hot and sour soup- is to die for... Come and try for yourself... Owners very personable and approachable too.

Phoenix Asia Buffet
We had the all you can eat sushi option and it was amazing!! We loved everything we ordered and can’t wait to come back here. I wish we could have tried more dishes but we were way too full. Definitely our new favourite sushi spot in the Bow Valley!
