Unable to reach anyone at the pharmacy department on the phone. I ended up switching to Save-On-Foods pharmacy nearby who were most helpful.

Dropped a prescription off and was there to pick up another that was called in that morning. Pharmacy staff member had all the warmth of a TSA agent. Was told the prescription called in had not been filled and the other would be a day or 2. I asked if they could both be filled sooner as I am waiting on them and have a broken leg so it’s not easy to go and come back. Literally got an eye roll and told to come back in an hour or so. I left as I couldn’t stand and wait for that long and not be in pain. This is the last time I will go to this pharmacy for anything.

I purchased a tube of lipstick from the clearance bin. Took it home and found it to be so sticky and expired that it would not apply and the amount that did get on my lips burned. I tried to return it to Shoppers Drug mart but was told no returns on clearance purchases and that that brand of lip stick is waxy.Buyer beware- a good deal is not such a great deal.Rotten lipstick went into the trash can!

Went there this morning at 8am, right when the store opened. They had not 1 item from the sale flyer. So much for 2 day special sale. Was told they won't be getting the sale items either. False advertising much? Probably just a con to get people in store... What a joke! Rate this a 2 only because the pharmacy is great otherwise it would be a 1. Waste of my time!

This is a drug store located in the heart of Port Aberni town which we visited in June 2019. It is good for mainly allopathic medicines, but I could not find one particular herbal product which I required, and which is easily available in my Indian home town. There is sufficient parking near the store.

Pharmacy has terrible service. Visited Saturday to have three prescriptions filled. Was told they would be ready for pick up Monday. I Was too busy Monday and Tuesday to pick up and called Wednesday to ensure they were ready to pick up. Lady on phone said that the prescriptions are a lot of work and they didn’t fill them. Umm that’s your job is to you know fill prescriptions no matter the amount of “work” required. Every person I have come into contact with at that pharmacy is extremely rude. I will never use this pharmacy again for any reason. Avoid at all costs.
