chairs were uncomfy and bathrooms were gross. teachers are also rlly passive aggressive and mr burnet is mean . lunches were literally made for rodents but mrs schriener taught nice . also i saw a kid hump the downstairs water fountain

I live in the neighbourhood. I’m always surprised by how respectful and kind the kids seem to be. A very diverse, multicultural population of kids who appear to get along with each other so well. It warms the heart to see this in the world. I’ve also met some of the staff. That principal is one nice lady. She obviously runs a great school! Way to go, Dr. Donald Massey School. I am proud to call you my neighbour! When my kid is old enough to go to school, I will be sending him to this school and only this school because it rocks!

The Principal and the Vice Principal are absolutely amazing. Truly 2 of the most genuine people I’ve ever met. I’m actually surprised there aren’t more positive reviews about this school. The majority of people here are very helpful, and understanding. They do their best and it’s more than enough. My 9 year old twins have been coming here for the last couple years, and I really like how the teachers handle a lot of issues on their own. They don’t bother the parents unless it’s absolutely necessary, which I really appreciate, because as single full time working Mom, it makes it hard on me when the teachers from previous schools would call or email me for every little thing. I can’t say this enough, this school is most definitely one of the best in the city.

It’s okay, a lot of encouraging teachers, but sometimes it’s to much for me. My parents sent me here for a reason and I’m truly trying my best, it’s not the worst but it’s not the best either.

I am a parent of three. I am new to this province. My family and I moved to Edmonton from New Brunswick one year ago. I have read many reviews from a lot of schools and it really makes it hard for a parent like myself to read negative reviews and then try to decide what school to send your child to. There are so many negativity in this world and it is everywhere. It all boils down to how you raise your children. Teach your children the good things in life and everything else will follow. It will make our world an easy place to live in. I guess it really doesn't matter where we send our children because there will always be one bad apple out of the bunch. Pray and hope for the best.

When I first went into this school, I met some friends, Kaden, Raima, Angelica, and Rayon. We would always hang out together in this school, which is a great experience. Reason why I'm giving this a 5-star is Because the staff was very welcoming, they got us some hand sanitizer for the Covid-19 pandemic, and my 5 grade teacher and 6 grade teacher was very nice and welcoming, expect for my Grade 7 teacher, who is F U R I O U S. But then It turned out to be a great experience after all. Best school ever. The bad news is that I don't know if I am leaving this school or not. But my mom doesn't know yet, So I think I am going to stay in this school a lot. Plus, all of the people in this school are wearing masks and practicing Social Distancing. Recommend you guys to come here. Again, Best. School. Ever.

Wonderful school! The teachers and administration truly care about the students. As a parent, it is reassuring to know that the staff at this school are willing to go that extra mile to ensure that my son has the best possible learning opportunities.

went here last year and everyone there cries so much. like actually. it felt like i had front row seats to Niagara Falls. also Mr.Boer needs a raise and so does Ms.Stewart.They are the only reason i went to school there. Overall 1/5 never try again.
