We had a great experience, quick and quality service. We had our chimney cap replaced Shannon in the office was very helpful arranging this, she went above expectations ! Crew did a greay job and left the place clean. Highly recommend this company!

Incredible. The was no hesitation in helping find a solution to my concern, regarding smoke flow and in offering to assist with doing some labor and also arranging for a professional laborer to do the small about of mason work I need completed. They are picking up material as well. 5 star service so far. Thanks Mike

I highly recommend Darcy and Darren from St Albert Chimney Sweep, the service was excellent and Darcy explained what they were doing and what repairs needed to be done.Considering the distance they come from, too were my home is, and the work done, (chimney repair)the cost was very fair. Especially, right now with gas prices.Excellent work and taking pride in their job!

I highly recommend this company! We have a high end gas fireplace that was not installed correctly (by a different company). After five service calls with that original company, the problems were still not fixed. After one service call from the Chimney Guys/St. Albert Chimney Sweep, our fireplace was fixed and cleaned beautifully. Thank you!

We had this company take down our old chimney, build a new one, and install a gas fireplace insert. A big project but they handled it most impressively. I highly recommend St. Albert Chimney Sweep/The Chimney Guys; they know what they're doing.

My parents had an appointment to have their fireplaces cleaned, but the Chimney Guys made a thorough inspection and determined everything was fine. They showed me how to maintain it myself, rather than billing me for unnecessary work. That is professionalism! I really appreciate the time and effort they put in.

Do not use for new installs or replacements. If you just need a cleaning these guys are great, but when our fireplace failed it took weeks to get a replacement quoted. I got a second quote from another company within 24 hours, the same install, about 45% less without add-ons that these guys included that weren't needed. Beware.
