I contacted Chris via his online email and received a quick response on the very next business day. He arranged for a site visit and quoted a fair price for the work to be done. He parged our foundation, repointed cracks and such in our bricking and removed an old milk delivery box and rebricked the area. He stated that they would arrive on Monday at 08:00 and they were here at 08:00 as promised. The work was done in a very professional manner and we are completely happy with his work

The service we received from Fleming was outstanding. Their response to our call was immediate, their quote extremely reasonable and their work impressive. We initially discussed a plan and then added another job because we were so pleased by their work. They were professional and took their time to do a beautiful job repairing our pool water fall and the stone work around the pool. I would completely recommend them and will for sure call them again for any of my stone work. In addition , they were clean and neat and left the backyard looking wonderful.

Chris and his crew did some tuck pointing around our home, repaired a corner that was falling apart and repaired the gap between our steps and brick wall. They did an excellent job. Looks amazing and better than I could have hoped for. Their attention to detail was awesome. The new mortar blends very well with the old, the steps are now supported better than the original design and they did extra filling-in on some of the window ledges. Highly recommend this company.

I contacted Fleming to see if they could give us a quote regarding a project we were thinking of doing. Unfortunately, we live too far away. However, that did not stop owner Chris from sending us several helpful emails offering suggestions. If he does that much for a person who is NOT a customer, just think what he will do to assist his actual customers. I told him we might have to move!!

I own a triple brick building over 150 years old. I tried many restoration companies and they used the wrong mortar which cracked the bricks, didn’t know how triple brick is laid and caused structural damage.I met the owner, Chris, while he was restoring a century building in Port Perry. Chris and his team took the time to explain every step of my project to me, including the type of mortar they would use, the helix ties, tinting options to restore the yellow brick, and much more. Chris's team rebuilt my patellar walls, tied in my columns, repointed the entire building and rebuilt part of the back wall.They went above and beyond at every step breaking this project down into three phases for me and my Tenants. Chris and his team know their trade, are honest, and an all-around great team to work with including the administrative staff who is always available.Highly recommended family business.
