Liam was very nice and helpful, stayed after close to answer all my questions as I was a new customer and it was my first time in there. Will definitely be back :)

Stopped in for a quick visit and have to say it was very pleasant. The young lady was very friendly and quite helpful at answering my questions.

I really enjoy going to Saje, in my experience everyone is kind and welcoming. The staff is pretty knowledgeable in their products and they always do their best to explain the use and benefits of the products I’m interested in!

Stopped in for the first time and was greeted by an amazing staff member who talked me through the store's gift options. He explained some of the products and made us feel really comfortable asking questions. Ended up leaving with some really great smelling gifts.

Best thing in this store are the soap exfoliating pouches! The service is wonderful and very thorough.

We walked into this store with interest. Taylor greeted us and proceeded to give us info about the products and their healing properties. She was very knowledgeable about all the products. We ended up purchasing a few items. In the next few days we were so impressed with the products and the fact that they worked for the purposes we had purchased them for. We went back a couple days later and purchased more . They work wonderfully....we are so delighted. We tell everyone about them and their 'magic' healing abilities . I went into the store again today to tell Taylor about the success we have had with the new items we bought. .We will continue to purchase more product as we have fallen in love with them.....Peggy Kearns and Lisa Doiron....

Service in store was good but wow you put a toe in the door and the sales people are all over you! Let us look around for a bit first. I didn’t purchase anything that day but went online to get more info and ended up purchasing 3 diffusers as Xmas gifts ($160). Order comes in and only 2 diffusers were shipped. I called their home office and this is where the customer service went out the window!! I told the agent that I was missing a diffuser. She apologized and simply said, I’ll refund your credit card back. WHAT!! She explained that she had no choice but to refund and did not have any other options because it was purchased online. I asked for a supervisor, I was on hold for her to come back to explain they had no more in stock to send but more might come later. I said perfect, send me the one missed once you have more in stock. She hesitated but explained that she had no way of letting me know when order would be replenished and my missed diffuser shipped to me. I am now waiting for them to refund my credit card! Worst customer care! Will not purchase from Saje again!!

The guy working was not very helpful, wouldn't get up from the computer to help us choose the products we needed for my husband who has really nasty allergies. Luckily I've did some research and had a good idea what all we needed. The products are amazing, unfortunately customer service wasn't which isn't the companies fault.
