I have purchased three new vehicles and one used from the Creston dealership and have no complaints at all. The service has been very good, friendly staff and an easy going place to drop in to look at what's new on the market...

The service dept was awesome on Friday the 30th of Aug. We were from out of town and had a concern with our new truck. Wayne in service got us in right away and had a tech take it for a drive. Checked vehicle out but unable to duplicate our concern, but gave us piece of mind. Thanks again to Wayne and the service dept. you guys are awesome.Henry and Evelyn

Went above and beyond for me when I purchased a used vehicle from them. Said vehicle had some gravel divots in the windshield. I asked them where to take my car for the repair and they recommended a place. I arrived and said the glass place had been recommended by North Star. The employee misunderstood and thought I meant that North Star would pay for the glass repair, but when the employee contacted North Star, they did indeed cover the cost! I was surprised and extremely grateful to both North Star and the glass repair place. Definitely North Star will be my first stop for any needs in the future. Thank you North Star!

Great customer service! We were in the area from Calgary and needed to get home and they fit us in even thought they were booked solid! Thank you for the great service! We DO NOT EVER see this type of service in Calgary! We will come back if we need help again. Highly recommend!

If i could i would put 0 stars. Dealership staff is not welcoming to people of color and we could just tell by the way we were approached. Sales man specifically Taylor, treated us with really bad service, I told him i was coming from Vancouver BC to pick up a 2001 Corvette and he wanted a deposit of the full amount without seeing the car. Absolutely the wrong way of doing business and any other GM dealership can vouch for that. Nobody requires full payment without seeing the vehicle. They were super hesitant on taking CASH payment from me, and called every staff member to count the cash multiple times. Another issue, as soon as purchasing the vehicle i noticed an issue with the passenger side door not locking/unlocking and brought it to Taylor’s attention to explore ways they can help after just purchasing a car - The message was left on read and no response provided. The dealership is not here for customers, they are money hungry and have no care for you once your money is in there hands. This matter will be further posted all over social media as well as sent over to the head office of GM. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS HERE.
