Markham Golf Dome

Great for winter practice. The obvious being, can see your ball flight unlike simulators. The dome can be better lit, gets pretty dark the further out you go The Mays and stations are screaming for a much needed update and refresh.Overall it's a good practice facility. There are outdoor hitting mats and, a proper driving range on site, great for the warmer days.

Still a great place to practice late night, and used to be my go-to range because of the lights, and it runs all year round, however the prices have nearly DOUBLED just in the past couple of years, while other ranges have had relatively minor increases.

Perfect place to practice during winter. Always enjoyable. Prices are fair but would advise to notify your regular customers when price change overnight as they walk in for a session. Not when making payment. It's frustrating when you go in for a special to find it has been changed literally over night. Otherwise if you have the itch, highly recommended.

Went with my son recently. It's now unlimited balls, which is great. Two levelsi side the dome. Thought i wouldnt like the upper level but it wasn't bad. Had a fun time and will go again.

Local spot to get some swings in and get your practice needs met.Spring/summer has outdoor grass and turf decks and the chip and putt areas are fairly decent. ✅⛳

Inside dome to practice. 20 mats downstairs and similar upstairs. Putting green and pitching area included. A bit expensive for walk-ins. Frequent visitors can save by purchasing $350 card. Discounts available for seniors and weekdays before 11am.

The natural green tees need a lot of work. I don't use the artificial ones. If you hit the ground they don't give as much as natural grass. Also, they need anothe golf ball dispenser next to the parking lot for the new natural green tee boxes.

The outdoor facility at Markham Golf Dome has become my go to range now that Scarborough Family Golf has closed.I prefer being outside, when I can, to practise. The mats here are in generally good shape and you can choose to hit off the grass for the same price.To practise other aspects of your game there is a fair size putting green, a mini golf course and a chipping area with a separate green. They have also added more mats and an additional grass area this year.The indoor facility is large for a golf dome but they use different balls from the balls in use outside.Groupon can snag you some deals for practice and lessons. We have had good results getting lessons from Billy.Tip: If the rubber tees on the mat are broken then asking at the counter for a replacement will get you hitting your driver from that mat again.

I really like this golf driving range because the staff is super friendly and explain everything that you need to know with lots of patience
