Our experience at The Bench (more specifically Eugene), was exceptional. After having a custom engagement ring made for my fiancee, we did not hesitate to return to have our one-of-a-kind wedding bands crafted as well. The engagement ring continues to bring so much joy, it's truly magnificent! And the care and consideration for sentiment and creativity far exceeded our expectations. The experience was truly incredible and we are touched and will always remember this adventure. We are so grateful.

Eugene has created 3 rings for me. First was a personal diamond ring that I love and wear all of the time. Now he has made a stunning matched set of sapphire wedding rings for us, and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality. True artistry in gold. definitely always worth the wait.

After visiting a few local jewellery stores in Kelowna, our friends let us know about Eugene at The Bench Jewellery Co. For my wedding ring, I was looking for a replica piece of my father's wedding ring and all the other shops were not even close to replicating this ring.I brought my father into The Bench with his ring, Eugene had a look at it and confidently said he could make the piece I was looking for.A few weeks later he created the cast that I got to go in and see. It was not exact, but it was perfect! Exactly what I was hoping for. Now I have my wedding ring that is a replica's of my father's. Eugene is such a pleasant and eager person to get along with. I was so thrilled with the ring he made me using some diamonds from my engagement ring and some gold chains I no longer wore. Eugene made me a beautiful custom diamond ring last year to my very specific criteria. I get compliments all the time! I am very pleased with his work and would highly recommend him. I reside in Ontario and all of the arrangements were made online and by phone!. Sorry, I cannot upload the photo.

I took in a collection of loose diamonds I'd accumulated over the years and Eugene created a lovely bracelet with them for me. Although the diamonds were all different sizes he was able to set them so the finished piece looks beautiful and elegant. I love it and wear it all the time!

Eugene reset my diamond and resized my engagement ring and wedding band. Because of the shape of the rings they ended up being a little bigger than the sizing rings so he had to resize them again without any extra charge. He did a beautiful job at a very reasonable price. They look like brand new again. I highly recommend him for your jewelry needs. Definitely a true craftsman! Thank you Eugene.
