Mr. Lube + Tires

I really was disappointed with the service here. I came and changed my tires (waiting 2hrs just to get in the building) and all I needed was to swap my tires and change the rims. I left, came back about a week later because they changed my valve stems with extra long ones that easily could be ripped off going through snow, and when I came back, nobody would talk to me about what was going on, and the guy doing the service didn’t even know what was happening, then I get the receipt (which never costed me anything) saying the valves weren’t covered under warranty even though they should have never been changed. & now I have air leaking from my front two tires because they weren’t sealed properly. Not to mention, they only had to break the bead off the valve stem side (which I said) and they broke it off both sides. Very disappointed, and hope no one else goes through this.

I had a tire separate while camping near buy, they gave me advice over the phone and when we got there they offered us coffee and water. They gave us some ideas for places to grab a bite in the hat. They were all smiles and were extremely helpful. 10/10

Always a fantastic experience at this location. Curtis and his crew are always extremely helpful.. As the most stereotypical female in the world, I know nothing about cars. I don't even know how to check my oil or fill a tire with air.. I just pull into their bay and they check everything, most often everything is good and I drive off feeling confident that I'm not gonna blow up my car. LOLI get regular oil changes , had a flat tire repairs, filter replacements and ect.. all done there for both my vehicles.. So to get to the point. This is the best place you could go to, not just for oil changes but tons of other services.. Thanks again and again Curtis.!!

Though I normally do it myself on this one car, with the price of oil these days you cannot go wrong going to the great staff here at Mr. Lube!! Had me out fast and with all the clean up and disposal taken care of. I appreciated the light bulb being checked out as well -too much covering prevented it getting changed but it would have been done otherwise - where the heck do you keep all the parts in a place 1/ the size of an entire parts store? Keep it up over there - great work!!

The service is fantastic. I was able to take my vehicle in and arrive on time to work, 20 minutes and that included filter replacements. I trust Curtis when he makes a suggestion and appreciate the education so I can make an informed decision. Great Job!!!!

Just finished with a quick full service oil change.It’s routine for warranty and got all the needed checks.Will be getting an air filter next time.The service was above expectations. The main attendant Caedon was beyond professional and courtesy at the same time.This is the second time at this location and this visit seals the deal. I get great customer service and the vehicle is taken care of. Offered coffee or water and everything explained on the fly.See you guys in 10000 KMs
