We were seen immediately upon walking into the office. Very friendly, quick and efficient. We needed documents notarized and weren't sure where to go. We came across the office through a Google search and would definitely recommend it to friends and family. The visit was quick and easy. Just what we were looking for.

Had found this location doing a web search to notarize a simple will. Was impressed with their website and decided to visit. Sandra took care of me right away and I was in and out within a half hour. Inexpensive and would highly recommend!

Very nice lady helped us with our papers we needed notarised. Excellent customer service. Love that you can just drop in without a appointment. They also have mobile service for people unable to come to the office. Lots of parking. Easy to get to on Durham regional transit.

I was expecting a big office with a few people in it but walked into a little office with one person. Sandra was super. I needed something notarized at the last minute, found this place through a google search, called a few times and went over. No appointment is necessary and Sandra is friendly. I felt very comfortable there and would recommend anyone to go there. Thanks Sandra! I'll be back if needed!

Waste of Time!!! I set an appointment and received two emails one regarding appointment details and reminder an hour prior to the appointment. I logged into the video appointment 5 minutes early and sat there for the entire 30 minutes- nobody answered the video call. The call times out 3 times. I made sure that there was no technical glitches on my end and everything was functioning properly. I emailed and no response. And, of course there's no phone number to call.

Fantastic experience! excellent customer service! I would recommend this Notary office to anyone who is looking for fast and efficient service with a smile. I walked in 10 mins before closing time with 2 folders of documents to be signed and Sandra was extremely accommodating.

This “service” has been awful, I went to the office on John St in Oshawa, because the website says no appointment needed. I was there at 930am the office was closed. The number called said appointments are required only through the website? The website says no appointment needed. I was able to track down a time 2pm went back at 2pm waited until 230pm still no one. Maybe have the website match the phone message. Just terrible.
