Made an appointment for a Saturday March 13th When I arrived he was already talking to someone with an “appointment” so I waited 10 mins past the time of my appointment! He was really great and informative. I did pick out two pairs of glasses one with transitions and one without. Was told it’ll be about two weeks and he’ll call when there ready. 3 weeks go by no call! So I go in and only one pair is ready! So he tells me they should be in this Monday (it was a Friday) almost 3 more weeks go by and no phone call! So now I’m in the store waiting and the system is down so they can’t find out where they are! So April 23rd almost 7 weeks later and apparently no stock for the lenses I picked out!! No phone call to let me know what’s going on, nothing! All he said was theyll call me when they get the lenses!

Trevor is very knowledgeable, patient, and attention to details. Talk to him and he will give you the right recommendation in a second. I purchased all my prescription glasses, including my sun glasses and safety glasses from this store in the past few years.

Great customer service. Just one issue, it took over two weeks to get my prescription glasses. Way too long for me to go without glasses. Thumbs down!

Aline helped me pick out my glasses and was absolutely a delight to work with. She was patient and pleasant and I love my new glasses. Everyone at this location is always helpful. I have been getting my eyeglasses from them for years. Good job everyone.
