Be aware when you go there they used to be awesome now the bread is small and skimp on the toppings alot I also got a sandwich and they forgot to put my bacon on it

I just left this black diamond subway location where there were 2 men working one in training . When I walked in to subway the food smelled so good. I ordered the same thing I have been getting for the past couple months the crispy chicken bacon and peppercorn ranch wrap" . The man was Arguably telling me rice did not come on my wrap I said every other time I have ordered it

Generally, they are pretty good. However, they have recently hired some incredibly bad employees, so I choose not to go anymore, until better changes come around.

Great service, very friendly and kind, they’ll put a smile on your face the second you open the door! I see there slots of reviews complaining about having a hard time asking for extra toppings… but they were more than generous with my toppings and I didn’t even have to ask, and on top of that, the older gentleman standing next to me in line asked for pickles, and when it wasn’t enough he asked for more pickles, they never hassled him or made it hard for him, they smiled and laughed and continued to give him as much pickles as he wanted. 10/10 service :)

I don't like posting negative reviews, especially for businesses in my home town, but I am posting this one in hopes it will help the person who served us, who I'm pretty sure was the owner/manager understand customer service better. He refused to honour the Subway coupon we had until another customer stepped in to the conversation. Then he said he gave us the discount (which should have been $4.79) but only gave us 50 cents off. When I waited until everyone had left to point it out to him, he then tried to offer me another 25 cents, got very angry, then offered 50 cents, and then finally (very angrily) gave in. I don't expect we will be back until we hear that the restaurant has changed hands.

Congratulations on my first negative review!Worst experience at any Subway, ever!Stingiest sandwich maker I've encountered, scowled at me each time I asked for extra toppings.Tipping menu on debit machine starts at 15% at SUBWAY, ya right! Many Subways don't even show the tip menu!Cashier scoffed at me when I asked for a second napkin for a foot long sub, and tossed the additional napkin at me!!Best thing I can say is the washroom wasn't absolutely filthy.
