The people working in this laundromat are welcoming, pleasant, helpful & accommodating. They helped me with my laundry; they lended me helping hands and went above and beyond when they noticed I needed help. They are efficient and good value for the services they provide. I’ll definitely return to use this laundromat.

I dropped off a double size duvet to be laundered as I was concerned it was too big to fit in the washing machines in my apartment building. The duvet came back completely wrinkled and stained with scorch marks. It's now shrunk and doesn't fit my duvet cover. I also asked that they use a detergent that is scent free and they clearly ignored the request. The duvet came back with a strong detergent odour that is smelling up my entire apartment. Terrible service, I definitely won't be back.

Completely unprofessional will never return. Dirty and over priced as well. Big thumbs down!

wow unbelievably BAD. charged $220 to completely mangle and ruin my bedding and they weren’t even polite while i was in there.

The place is quite dirty, it’s the second time I see a half empty can of cat food on one of the counters. There are no clean surfaces to fold the laundry. And the owners could be quite rude sometimes. I needed a couple of extra quarters for the dryers and asked the owner if he could change some dimes for me and he made a big fuss of it. I won’t return.

Worst service, please do not use this laundromat for any of your services. They don’t deserve to stay in business

Staff are always nice and friendly. I do the drop off service and it’s always done the next day no matter how many loads I bring in, and it’s always nicely folded! The huge pothole in the back parking is a bit rough but there are lots of other spots to park. Drop off service can be bit pricey as well, but overall am happy!

I would expect a business who performs service for you, to do that service until complete. However that was the case when bringing a large quilt here to wash. I honestly stay away from writing bad reviews because typically there is no point for half the negativity in the reviews I do see. I digress in this case. When I brought in the quilt, the woman running the place immediately did not let me touch any of the machines, and told me to put the quilt in a washer that she chose. I then paid for the service (they only accept cash). I was told she would call when my laundry was done. When I did go to pick up my quilt, I right away noticed it sitting in a bin, still wet. Might I add I dropped off the quilt around 1pm, expect it to be dry. I asked why it wasn't dry, and she said because they close at four. It was 3pm. That quilt certainly doesn’t take two hours to wash and most certainly could have been thrown in a dryer. When I asked why it wasn't dried, I had a very difficult time trying understand what she telling me through her a thick accent. Her husband then said because they close at 4pm. If my quilt didn't have time to dry, I would except to have been told this before leaving it to wash. Maybe there needs to be some clarification about service upon dropping off items, and better communication between owner and clients. Yes, I was expecting it to be dry when picking it up, and perhaps it is my mistake for misunderstanding. However if I go to a laundry mat to wash my items, it makes complete sense to leave with them dry. I would love to offer up suggestions on how to avoid poor service like this in the future. Right now, I am very disappointed, and was frustrated having to leave with a wet quilt, that is too big for my dryer.

I have always had a great time there. The owners are so nice to me. They appreciate people who come pre organized and sorted because it takes up room and time for others when they could be doing their laundry. The gentleman owner always helps as soon as I get there and I am literally in and out in 2 hours. They are not rude when they see that you respect their work place. The wife even made me some of her personal coffee and that was nice and strong.
