Great customer service oh, great pet grooming job

I have an almost 7 year old Great Dane who can be a nasty bully to most people outside our home. I informed Penny of this when I made my first appointment with her. She was also made aware that he doesn't like men around women who are alone. From the moment we dropped our cherished boy off he fell in love with her. She is so comfortable with him now she sits on the floor while cutting his nails (my dog is approximately 5 feet from toe to the top of his head and weights 150 pounds). She makes the environment as comfortable as possible for him when it comes to other animals and people in his space. Not once has my boy ever seemed stressed in her presence.My father in law just got his Pom groomed when he was down visiting from up north. He was pretty matted and Penny was able to clean him up beautifully. I absolutely recommend Penny for your pets needs.Thank you Penny for staying in Essex and for your kind heart towards all of our fur loves ❤

I loooooove this place! The best and most caring groomer I have ever met. She truly loves animals and treats them like royalty. I drive to Essex because I won't go anywhere else! Soooo thankful for the wonderful service:-)

I was referred to Penny by a friend. I am so pleased! Penny took the time to talk to me about my mixed breed Abby, her kind of fur/coat. What's good for her and not recommended. We have never been disappointed! Penny will also tell you part of being a responsible pet owner is to keep up with your pet's grooming/brushing at home to keep matting down. She's given us tips for upkeep on Abby in between visits and spaw days are great!

DO NOT GO TO THIS GROOMER. TERRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT USE. She cut my one dog to the point of bleeding, had to go to the vet and get treated. Penny the “business owner / groomer “ did not call to tell us what happen. She then got mad and tried to blame us for her cutting our dog.The second dog was razor burned in multiple spots, rashes all overVery bad attitude towards customers - she was yelling in the so called “salon” when I arrived to pick up the dogs. another customer was holding there dog down to get nails trimmed on the table. All 3 of my dogs were in the same very small cage barley any room - when there was 4 other cages empty. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Such an awful experience. Please DO NOT USE THIS GROOMER !! No dog deserves this kind of treatment
