I hired micheal as my lawyer and it was the biggest mistake I ever made he didnt do nothing to help when it was a case of innocence even when you see him after my ordeal doesnt even have the courtesy to say hi bad mistake on my part

I was looking to retain a lawyer and had a consultation reference number. Needless to say the lawyer that called me was abrupt and rude.Don't tell me I haven't done my research, that's why I'm calling for advice.The call was supposed to be from K Davies but I ended up getting S Thompson, no empathy and treated me like I was wasting her time. Would it hurt you to say goodbye at the end of the call instead of slamming the phone in my ear. Would rather pay thousands to a professional lawyer, instead of someone that sounds heartless and treats you like you are a complete idiot.

Sheri and Ann were absolutely wonderful to correspond with during a difficult time. They always responded in a timely manner and did so with honesty and empathy. I appreciated how they were willing to answer all of my questions and ease any concerns I had. I highly recommend this team to anyone!!

Address your Google search issues along with BONN Law since the immediate number after searching for them brings someone to your firm's call button.Don't throw attitude, speak to someone like they're stupid - while they're being polite despite your attitude - then hang up on someone who had the wrong number while they're still speaking..Rude and unprofessional receptionists reflect poorly upon the firm.Rainbows and sunshine aren't necessary but that interaction was obnoxiously rude all around.I'm glad I chose Van Dyke.I

I have used this firm for a number of legal transactions (real estate, family, workplace...) and will continue to rely on them for my upcoming legal needs. Absolutely terrible! I never thought I’d have to fight with a firm so much just to receive invoices for money that was spent. Plus Tanya Davies (the boss) was probably one of the worst people I’ve ever met. She insulted me in court to a point where I had to leave the situation to prevent further problems.The financial department doesn’t respond to emails or phone messages. But they’re certainly quick charge your credit card. Before I fired them I was up to $10,000 for a very simple matter, I mentioned this to others, and other lawyers and they can’t believe that it cost what it did. I still don’t trust the financial department, and I’m still battling with them over charges.Once I secured new council to continue my case they refused to reply to legal documents and emails requesting a transfer of files. There is no excuse for this, Davies is simply being petty and extremely unprofessional.
