Scott was great

Terrible practice. If you want a lawyer that has your paperwork shown to your ex wife and her lawyer before you see it, let alone give it your approval he's your man. Scott had all kinds of things in an agreement I did not and would not have agreed to.I can only imagine it goes nowhere close to lawyer code of ethics or practices. Very disappointed would be an under statement to the point I fired him for his actions. Then he has the audacity to say I had received good legal representation and refused to return any of the $9000 I paid him for doing absolutely nothing.

From the first day that I met Scott I knew that the difficult legal battle with my divorce would soon come to an end, he was very helpful, communicated very well with me.Treated me with respect and was very professional, all his staff are amazing also, very helpful and calming in my difficult time.If I ever make the mistake of getting married again And need a divorce I’ll go back to Scott right away.I will probably talk to Scott before even thinking of getting married again.

Rip off cares only about money and not the clients

My Fiancé and I hired Scott to help us with a change of his parenting plan. His Ex was not willing to negotiate out of court so he presented our case to the Judge with confidence, enthusiasm, and great knowledge. We cannot even begin to to express how grateful we are that we hired Scott for the job. In court he was straight to the point with no BS and expressed everything professionally but amazingly. We were able to get very close to our proposed plan in one court session without having to go to special chambers; which other lawyers said would not be an option. I do not think the other lawyer was expecting the amazing presentation of facts that Scott was able to lay out in a very short amount of time. He was well prepared and well versed with what he had to say. I would highly recommend Scott if you are in the Lethbridge or Medicine Hat area. I do not think you would be disappointed! We are over the moon with the results that we got with Scott. We would never have been able to do this without him. When other lawyers we met with were intimidating, didn't get back to us in a timely manner or told us the way they saw our case going we were incredibly discouraged. One meeting with Scott and we knew he was the perfect fit for us. Thank you Scott!!!!
