Excellent product knowledge; excellent customer service. Replaced vinyl flooring installed twice by another vendor that had come apart within a year of each installation. T&C was very patient with my concerns about trying another vinyl product. They explained exactly what they were doing differently from the previous vendor and why this floor would not come apart. They followed up after the installation. I highly recommend them!

We have several areas that Miles and Wyatt have replaced flooring in our home on Coffee Lake. The floors look great. We are so pleased with their work and would highly recommend Town and Country Flooring. They are professional and make sure the floors are perfectly installed. They showed up on time and answered any questions we had. We would not hesitate to use them in the future!

Myles and Wyatt were professional and easy to work with. They were timely with the estimate and answered all our questions. They were very reliable and realistic. They put down 700 square feet of tile and finished by the date they communicated. Wyatt cleaned up every day after he was done for the day and was very respectful of our home. We would highly recommend them!! We've even asked them to do additional projects for us in the future.

We had a great experience with Town and Country Flooring! We worked with Myles and had them replace all the carpet in our lake home. Communication was fantastic, very responsive, and went above and beyond to help us pick out the right carpet, model and color. Installation went perfectly, on time, and they did a great job! Town and Country Flooring did an exceptional job for us – both the instillation and the product. Initially we met with Myles at his shop to discuss options for replacing old carpeting. He explained clearly the various options of flooring to us, and based on the rooms (bedroom, walk-in closet and bathroom) he recommended the materials that would best meet the needs of those uses (particularly moisture/water in the bathroom). He also gave us a potential timeline, depending upon when we would make our final decision.On the day we closed on the house, he brought samples of flooring choices to our house so we could see them against the existing flooring and woodwork. That was extremely helpful to us in making our final choice of flooring. Our moving date was two weeks later. Myles successfully completed this project prior to our moving in!We are extremely pleased with our new floor. My husband and I decided to update our television room carpet and tile. We chose Town & Country Flooring in Sturgeon Lake because of the great experience we had 23 years ago with the current owners father, Matt, who was the owner at that time. This is a family business and with that, we experienced integrity, expertise in workmanship, reliability, great communication skills and pride in pleasing their customers with a job well done. We were very impressed with Town and Country. They helped us to pick out the tiles for our backsplash, communicated very well with us up front and in scheduling the job, and did a beautiful job on the installation of the backsplash in an efficient manner, causing minimal disruption.

Town and Country Flooring installed new carpeting in two bedrooms, a hallway and stairway in our cabin. Super friendly, clean and timely. Stayed in touch with us throughout the project to completion. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend!

Have had 2 separate rooms installed with beautiful carpet this year. Miles was helpful and most importantly answered all my questions. Very easy to work with and communication was great. We will be getting more of our flooring through them. Highly recommend!
