Aquavato (new location coming soon!)

Adam has been amazing!We are completing a complete reno of a two-story house and purchased 2 faucets from Aquavato.The service I have received has been beyond any other supplier on our project - even though this is a relatively small order for them. The service and follow up has been beyond other partners who have 10x their budget. I wish we had more of our project with them.As an example, when the faucet had a slight delay (as almost all projects are with supply chain struggles these days) that was beyond the control of Aquavato they picked up the phone and called and explained the delay and a small action plan of trying to influence. They also asked if I needed a temporary solution and really cared that we were looked after.I can't recommend them highly enough after this experience.I also think this is my first time leaving feedback on Google - it's something I've rarely done if ever. They deserve that.Thank you.

Hate to be the one to leave a poor review buta) they don't get back to you when they say they willb) they don't know what samples they have of vendorsc) they don't came back with price or estimates for youIt's a waste of time on both sides if there is no communication and commitments are not kept.This was also not a 'one time' occurrence either. Twice, i received no communication. Had to go to the location and still felt like I got brushed off.Please improve your follow up with customers.

I went in for a an initial visit and the staff was highly attentive to my needs and made sure to give us many options to get started with. We are about to renovate our home and hope to be able to do business with them. Highly customer focused, well located, and all the products that you are looking for.

The customer service here is terrible. They have nice stuff, but getting any answers is impossible. They’ll genuflect till they’re blue in the face and then not give you any answers or actual substantive help.

When you walk into the luxe Aquavato showroom you can expect to find the most coveted bathroom and kitchen fixture brands, au courant styles and personalized, one-on-one customer service. We have worked closely with Krystal on our new build for several months and have found her to be extremely savvy, incredibly helpful, and highly responsive, sharing her extensive product knowledge and ideas. It has been an absolute pleasure to have her consult with us, and we would highly recommend Aquavato, and Krystal, for those in search of an outstanding customer experience.

The Aquavato space is ideal for creative designers who aren't average... unique luxury plumbing fixtures and a team that wants your business to grow with them is a pretty cool thing!
