Recently had a sapphire replaced in my grandmothers ring, and am very happy with the results.

Had the best experience at Bench in district 1881! I went EVERYWHERE to replace 1/2 earrings that were originally purchased in a small jeweler in Germany. I finally found Bench, i brought in one earring and asked if they could make the second earring. They have a can-do attitude, great customer service, and quoted me a really fair price. Bench came highly recommended. After going to a couple other jewelry stores I was told there was no way of fixing this heirloom. Then I met Janet from Bench, she told me to leave it with her and she would see what she could do. A picture speaks a thousand words. I wish I had a thousand different ways to say thank you. I woke up with extremely swollen fingers and my engagement ring was stuck. It was a stat holiday and no one was open to help. I was googling and calling with no luck. I found Bench Jewelry nearby and they picked up! Their new location wasn’t open yet but they were at the shop setting up and the owner said I could come by and he would cut my ring off. BLESSSSSS. Soooo kind. He really saved me. A few weeks later (when they were open), I went back to get my ring put back together. I met Rita & Janet (I hope I remembered their names correctly) - they were lovely! They had my ring put back together and looking fab in just a couple of hours. Beautifully fixed thank goodness

This jewelry store has top notch service, the highest quality jewelry and people to be found.Excellent prices, these jewelers can also fix anything you ask, absolutely anything, even silver pieces. Tried multiple different emails that were listed on the website and didn’t hear back for over a week. So I Facebook messaged them and asked for a working email address. They gave me one so I sent them an email about what I wanted done. They replied back and asked for pictures so they could start a quote for me. I immediately sent pictures back and that was it. Never heard from again and it’s been over 3 weeks. Very disappointing especially because I was considering them to work on a expensive and sentimental piece.
