The best service I have gotten in many years. Mandeep's customer service was just exceptional. he explained everything in detail, he made detailed notes in my account to make sure the there are no discrepancies in the future. highly recommended store. Thank you for your service Mandeep.

Went into scottsdale mall to the Roger's store and was greeted by Mandeep the store manager.I set up a new line for my daughter and he helped me so much on saving money! I didn't realize what I was paying prior and he cut my bill down to half!Above and beyond customer service.This man needs an award and raise! Always thankful for kind souls.

My son updated his phone today and the service we received from Akash M. Was more than expected . He went out of his way to make sure everything went well. We appreciate this location and the great service we always get !!!**Also my son had called over the last few weeks with questions and and spoke to Justan and his knowledge is great ! Very helpful with customer service !!

Anmol first helped me upgrade my children's phones and gave me great discount and everything seemed good at first until I had to come back to give him my iphone for a trade in. Anmol said he would call me with how much I got for it, never heard back from him. Called several times to this store either no one answers or no one knows what is going on. Finally I got through to speak to the manager and I was told Anmol was in India and he would personally look into this for me and get back to me . Never heard back from him either. Meanwhile my phone bill from rogers has been very high and wrong, been a few months and since these were in store credits rogers cannot fix this for me. They told me I had to go in person to the store to fix. How is this possible with Anmol in India and no one else knows what to do. Just awful service and totally run around. Avoid going here!!!! Awful service, they just want your money and rip you off !!!!

It was a great experience working with Vish.Although it was a bit chaotic when i visited the center, Vish managed to process all my porting and gave me the best deal with my account.Vish you are incredible and looking forward to work with you again!I hope that management will recognize all your hard work for providing a great customer experience.See you around!

I had the best experience with Rogers. Visited the store and was greeted by Anmol. He gave me a thorough explanation of everything. He patiently answered every question I had regarding my new plan and even help me in adding up a line and phone. I highly appreciate him for the excellent service provided by him. would recommend others to visit the store and get your queries resolved!

Vish was amazing! Best customer service he was so kind and helped me with what I needed and more. I will now only be coming to this store because of his service. I can’t emphasize how great my experience was because of him. Excellent customer service provided by Mandeep! My plan had went up in price without me knowing and wanted to know why. I called Rogers customer service, they weren’t able to provide me a solution, it was only a temporary fix. My friend introduced me to Mandeep and he was able to help me out with excellent customer service skills. He solved my problem so fast. He also helped me getting a good deal for my plan. I highly recommend anyone to come and meet him once for your daily needs and he won’t disappoint you. He is very thorough in explaining. Thank you so much Mandeep for helping me out!

My husband and I went into the store to get two new phones. We are older and very technically challenged. We dealt with Mandeep and were very impressed. He went above and beyond to help us. Even came out to our car to set up our Bluetooth. We went back the next day because we were having some issues that we could not figure out and the other guy in the store was very helpful also. sorry didn’t get his name.
