Our truck’s transmission cable froze up just as we were pulling up to the Subway in Russell. We had a call out for a tow truck to bring our vehicle to Thunder Creek Auto but after waiting 4 hours the tow company said they wouldn’t be coming until the next day. When Jon found out he drove out to the Subway and was able to jack up the truck and remove the ice and snow. He had us on our way in 5 minutes! Very much appreciated.

They had my vehicle for TWO WEEKS to change a 130 dollar part and charged me SIX HUNDRED dollars and didnt say how much they charge by the hour. They hid that information on the bill with a little side note stating that They Dont Have To Tell Us How Much They Charge By The Hour. Seems reeaaallll shady. So, no I wouldnt use their garage ever again.
