If you’re looking for an overpriced management company that will sit idly by as strata council violates people’s rights then look no further! Such poor service. Its pretty pathetic when they agree with you that the strata council made a mistake and just let them do it anyways even when it violates the strata property act! Sound right to you? Ya I dont think so either, I’m willing to take this comment down if you make it right and do your job by upholding the strata property act, Otherwise it’s here to stay. Absolutely appalled!

They constantly lost my cheques and misplaced documents. They even managed to misplace documents that were emailed. Their staff turn over is high, probably because it’s not a great place to work. I’ve dealt with them over the last 7 years as the managers for my condo building and we constantly had so many problems.Including the property managers (we went through several of them because of staff turn over) not following the BC Strata laws. Sometimes we knew more about strata law than them which was incredibly frustrating.They have caused me nothing but stress and frustration and I don’t understand how a company can be so disorganized.

This company is the worst and has no regard for its customers or employees.I was looking for a new career and replied to an add on Indeed.I was asked to come into the office and have and interview with Mr Pierre Blondeau and Ann Blondeau. The interview went great and not more than 45 minutes later I was offered the position as Hospitality Coordinator at an independent living heritage house in James Bay. I did my training and was asked to come into work on September 10. I showed up only to be told that they could only offer me two days a week and my employment would be short lived.I left my previous employment to work for them and the couldn't even tell me the bad news themselves.I finally got in contact with them and explained my disappointment and to let the know what a bad situation they had put me in knowing I have a family with young children to support .The response I got was disturbing they did not care about what they did and I asked is this how you do business? and the reply I got was YESBeware anyone doing business with this company as they do not care about you. It's all about the money and have no care about you or your family.I honestly don't know how they can sleep at night.I

Aaron is our strata manager, so far so good. Responsive, responsible. They sometimes makes mistakes but when they do they own up and amend quickly.

They managed our rental for ten years and we found them to be fair, respectful and honest. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a property management company.

Terrible management, storage lockers were broken into at my building and all that has been done is an email sent from Jane Noel the next day saying if your stuff has been moved to the floor it is a fire hazard and needs to be moved back into your locker." Completely unprofessional and unsympathetic."

Hard to get excited about property management companies, but they answer the phone more regularly than others.

I have done a few contracting jobs for properties managed by South Island Property Management. They have always treated us with respect, fairly and produced payment quickly. I would recommend anyone to use them, and a good company for other small businesses to work with.I also rented a property previously, that was managed by them, and they were a great company to rent from.

After years of frustration with trying to get a response from anyone, I'm happy to say that the Strata had elected to move the contract from South Island Property Management to another property management company. The future is unknown but nothing can be worse than the lack of communication and disregard that has been going on for years. 2020 had been the worse by far with multiple break-ins into the storage lockers and mail boxes. The unknown can only be better than where we have been wallowing for years now, you've certainly collected the fees but what did you offer in return?
