Azure Aqua Spa Float & Vichy

I was very excited to experience my first float, only to be disappointed. The room temp was not as warm as I would have expected and the temperature of the water was no where near the 93 deg I was led to believe it would be. I was not given ear plugs so had to keep my head propped up on a life jacket type device. I noticed when I first got in the pool that there was a jet on the side pumping in warm water and keeping water movement, it was nice. This stopped the minute I got in the pool and only started up again once my hr was up. My body never truly relaxed as I found the atmosphere cool. What really ruined my experience was I felt something on my hand and when I looked there was a large clump of long hair strands wrapped around my finger (I have short hair) This was 30 min into my float and had my thinking what type of filtration/filter system is in these pools. Grossed me out. The change rooms are so tiny you can barely turn around, there was also no one to show me out until I was almost at the front door. For a spa, I did not feel very pampered. Would I go again! NO!

Went there for my first time to treat myself and got the Moon Beam package.Best. Evening. Ever.Salt bath float, scalp scrub, FULL body scrub, finished off with a wonderful Vichy shower.Oh my gosh, I am so glad I did this. They are so wonderful to you, and make you feel sooo comfortable to just be yourself and enjoy the most luxurious comfort ever. Worth every dollar. Wish I had more cash on hand to leave a better tip!TREAT YO SELF !! You deserve this !!

Had an amazing girls night out here!!! Wow. Kind of a neat idea for something different that combines relaxing and fun. Also super simple - they provide a robe, slippers, drinking water, even little chocolates for the Vichy scrub. There’s a change room and a shower in the float. It’s quiet and private and clean, water was a great temp, and the service was great - they actually care that you had a nice time. My skin felt AMAZING after - I have eczema and many allergies, and am pretty sensitive to treatments, and this was fine. Hydrate lots.Definitely coming back again!!!Visit was Feb 2023 with 3 friends :)

Went here a few days ago and I feel like I had an out of body experience floating! Such a great idea. Its very important to relax your mind and body regularly. The VICHY scrub made my skin exceptionally smooth and smelling nice! The place is clean, the staff is friendly, highly recommend.

We were very excited to find salt water rooms in Kitchener and even more excited about our great experiance at Azure. The staff is friendly and well informed. They walk you through their system and have a well stocked change room with anything you could have forgot to ensure you have an amazing experience. The rooms are well cleaned and sanitized and additionally stocked with water, gel to cover any scars/ pain points as well as a spray bottle incase the salt water slips into your eyes. The enclosed showers are filled with everything you need to wash off before and after your experiance and float aids are provided. We loved the nature scenes that were selected for us as well as the calming music. Over all the experiance was exactly what we hoped for and we will be back.

We did a couples float and loved it, will definitely be back again. The staff is really nice and everything you need is provided. We never felt rushed. Loved how salty the water is, nice temperature and I appreciated the nice brands like Paul mitchell conditioner and CND lotion. The only area of improvement in my opinion is the cinema projection. It was quite pixelated, a bit blurry at times and the quality of the projection/images wasn’t great. Not sure if we could have picked a different channel or view option. Still loved it regardless and looking forward to another visit! Check them out :)

We had a nice and relaxing experience here a few weeks ago. We did float and scrub. This was my first time doing both - I liked the scrub better. I guess I'm not a float person. That said, all was clean and nicely managed.The only thing and this is picky, I'd say is the surroundings - you have a nice spa indoors but outside you have a busy road, a gas station, some food chains and onramp to 401. You have to actively try to ignore it after you have indulged in relaxing and restoring your senses.

My girlfriend and I had the tropical paradise with an hour float. The whole experience was amazing, the staff made us feel so comfortable and they were very polite and professional. Hours later and I’m still extremely relaxed and my skin feels and smells great. This was our first time here but it will definitely not be our last. Give yourself and loved ones the break that you deserve and you will not be disappointed

I felt great after the float, all I could really ask for. Receptionist was wonderful in showing me around first. I know each place is different but I think people in the other comments mention it is slightly cold, probably because they don't use pods but open concept rooms. I got used to it. The music was a little too low but for next time I'll let her know to put it up as I could hear people talking outside my room. That kind of wakes you up and defeats the purpose of being in a meditative state or simply resting. I'm not sure if the rooms are supposed to be sound proof. Like I said I felt wonderful after and I'll be back. I've been to two places in Toronto to float that were newly renovated, had seating areas, spa water and pods but I didn't mind this. Definitely worth it. If I knew of other float places in KW I'd check them out but can't seem to find any!

One of my favourite getaways in kitchener. Their float rooms offer open concept, so those who have issues floating in the tanks and pods, this is not closed in. You can choose your preferred projection (I went with the beach). We decided to get the package with Vichy treatment and it was quite relaxing. My skin felt amazing afterwards!If you are looking for a great gift - check out their packages online. We recently tried a ladies night out and it was also amazing! A great way to bring the girls out in a fun rejuvenating setting!This location was practicing safe Covid protocols.
