Smart Fit Alterations
Smart fit is my go to spot for clothing alterations and hemming. Lily is always available and makes sure she gets things done on time. She cares about making her clients happy and provides great quality service. I reccomend her to everyone I know and will be back myself. Thanks again Lilly!

Smart Fit Alterations
When I look for a tailor, I look for service. I have 22 items in total, jackets, pants and shirts to alter. I spoke with Lily from the shop. She told me to come in to take a look at the pieces. Once I went into the shop, she was very judgemental. She offered no guidance on how the procedure works. She kept on pressuring me about the price. She hasn’t even seen me try on a jacket yet. Over all I felt very discriminated against. I was really excited to find a local tailor. I saw the great reviews here. I couldn’t be more disappointed. If you’re looking for great service, best to avoid this business.

Smart Fit Alterations
Have been going to Lily at Smart Fit for years. Never had a bad experience. I bring all my suits and dress shirts for alterations and the quality has always been consistent. Lily is very meticulous and accommodating with her work, and customer service is exceptional. Went there recently for a suit alteration and the pant and jacket sleeve lengths were perfect! Highly recommend

Terrible customer service.I called to ask about a dress alteration and she didn't seem to want my business.I asked if I could bring my dress to find out how much it would cost to trim it (I need to know how much I'm going to spend) and she said not to bother and I should only come if I was 100% sure that I wanted her to do the work.

I've been a customer of Lilly's for over 4 years now, she's by far the best tailor I have ever had. Her work is always done on time, and I've never been disappointed. She is very capable and I have recommended her to many of my family and friends.

Went to Lilly for wedding garment alterations. She did an amazing job of altering my suit, all my groomsmen suits, a bridesmaid dress and my wife's wedding dress. She did it all within a tight timeline too!

I have gone to smart fit alternations for a while now and I must say she does a fantastic job. I trusted her with my engagement and wedding dress and she did such an amazing job with both my dresses like they were done with such professionalism that you would think that it was bought like that.
