The buster bars were missing nearly all the fudge in the middle! :P After looking at the nicely printed pictures on the freezer detailing the quality standards of their products, i wondered what could have happened.Granted, everything else was as expected. I know what to expect from this fast food chain, but I would have got something else. If their out of fudge, I recommend either being out of buster bars or discounting them. Of course I went ahead and bought an entire box.Granted, it's still tasty and w/e. But this felt a bit too dishonest.

Excellent customer service by the new employee in training at or around 6pm on Saturday the 18th, 2023. Spoke clearly, understood each order and didn't have to repeat multiple times to overcome the lack of understanding English language. Aidan is such an amazing employee at DQ, his willingness to go above and beyond for customers really shows. We were so thrilled by his kind and quick service, we will be back in hopes that we see his lovely face again.

food is pretty good but after ordering I asked for a water cup and they wouldn't even give me a small cup without paying for it all I had at the time was my bank card and didn't want to make another transaction for around 35 cents.i guess spending $20 doesn't warrant a free small cup for water at Dairy Queen.

The First time I came here the burgers were delicious. The fries were my my favourite, even though they were half full. Good Blizzards.The second time however, I got sick for 2 days puking. May have been food Poisoned.My friend pointed out that our burgers looked suspiciously pink. My fault I just giving it a passing glance thinking I would be fine.I think I’m just gonna stick to the ice cream for awhile.

10 years ago the previous DQ in Trail went out of business and A&W moved in. The irony is that the new location is right beside the A&W. I stopped going to the previous DQ after they burnt every hamburger patty. I suspect it was food safety to burn them back then so they were fully cooked and also the reason the previous DQ went out of business.I can attest the new location does not burn their patties and the food is decent. Food is fairly expensive but the $8 meal deal and $3.99 kids meal are fair prices. I got both and they were more than enough to feed a grown man. I couldn't even finish it.Next time I will get two kids meals as they as they are pretty much the same as the $8 meal deal. Only difference is 300ml juice instead of medium pop (which is healthier anyway), slightly smaller fries but not by much and a ice cream bar instead of the sundae. Cheese burger from the meals were the exact same size.

A great food experience. Burgers are so good and something to crave for when you taste it. Blizzards are the most awesome food experience and its synonymous to Dairy Queen only. Over all experience including the ambiance is superb.

Order was messed up at drive thru and then when I went in to correct it it was still wrong. I belive the staff was still to green and didn't no how to correct the problem
