The women who works here, the one with the black glasses and short dark hair, is hands down one of the most unpleasant humans I’ve ever encountered.Upon entering the store, she was seated in the back corner near the dressing rooms on her phone and I assumed she was a customer waiting for someone. After checking out the entire store I headed to the back area to look at the sale rack and she looked up at me and said nothing. After touring the store again (waiting for an employee to appear so I could ask a question about a coat) I realized no one else was in the store and that she must be an employee. So I asked her “Do you work here?” And she said “I do. Why else do you think I’m sitting here in this chair.” I was speechless. I told her “interesting I was going to ask you a question.” And she told me to go ahead and ask. I proceeded to tell her to “Never mind” because I had decided I didn’t want to give her my business.This woman is gnarly. So condescending and blatantly rude. I don’t know if my wife and I didn’t fit her picture of a Luna Boutique customer, or if she acts this way with everyone? But wow, she needs to understand this isn’t Rodeo Drive - it’s Main Street Picton. Her curmudgeon attitude WILL lose this business customers. This lady should probably get a behind the scenes gig where she doesn’t have to interact with people directly because she has the people skills of an opossum.

I love shopping at Luna in downtown Picton! I swear this place has everything to satisfy your upcoming summer wardrobe needs. Attending a wedding? Luna’s got you. Need a dress for graduation? Luna’s got you. Want a new bathing suit or fun pair of sunnies? Luna’s got you!!! Not to mention the store owner is the friendliest, sweetest person (and she has a cute dog too!). I cannot express enough how much I love shopping here.

I was incredibly excited on walking into this shop as I knew I loved so many of the clothes and WAS planning on making quite a few purchases. However after the employee blatantly ignored myself and mother we decided maybe we would just have a quick look since she had no intentions of helping us. To our surprise we looked over and she was sitting in the back helping other customers looking at us as if we were interrupting her. I’m incredibly disappointed because I would’ve loved to make a few purchases - but refuse to support that kind of service.*edited* I really appreciate the quick response from the owner. I’m sure this experience was a fluke based on the other reviews, but being ignored in retail is never fun. Wish you all the best.

Can't say enough about my go-to boutique! Luna offers a great selection of clothing & accessories in a fresh and charming space downtown Picton. Alicia and her employees make you feel at home with their amazing service and help you to leave satisfied with the best outfits. Not to mention, they have the cutest four-legged employee to brighten up your day!

My school aged kids saw that I followed this store on Instagram and bought me a $150 gift card for Christmas. Unfortunately this store carries no sizes beyond a large and even then most of those are sold out. I am a size XL. I sent a nice email to the store explaining the situation and asking if due to the situation if we could return the gift cards (they had only recently been purchased). Despite the store having nothing that will fit me they have refused to return the gift cards. I find it sad in the first place that I was admiring this store wishing they would sell inclusive sizing and now to have these experience feels incredibly shaming. I guess at this point I will gift the gift cards to a women’s shelter and at least have some good feelings come out of this in that way.

Always love shopping at Luna Boutique! Alicia continues to bring in new and trendy pieces so you never leave the store disappointed (or empty handed!). Plus Cooper the shop dog is simply the sweetest. Highly recommend visiting on your next trip to Picton!

I wanted to leave a review because I had such a great experience shopping at Luna today. It was my first time at the store and the woman working was so lovely and helpful - it felt like shopping with a friend! I left with some great pieces and I will definitely be back.

Luna is my go-to spot when visiting the county! The store is super cute and even has a Photo Booth area where you can take polaroid pictures and hang on the wall. There's lots of selection whether you're looking for a work outfit or something for a night out. I enjoy the overall style/variety of clothes and the staff are always super helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend Luna.

I happened upon Luna Boutique while visiting Prince Edwards County one weekend. This boutique is so beautifully decorated and the selection is fantastic for a small boutique on the main street. I really like the brands that they carry like Mink Pink and BB Dakota and you can feel in the clothing that they are excellent quality. The ladies working were very helpful and I will be definitely making a trip back!
