I purhased a vechile in October 2022 and from the first meeting with Norm i realized Jaz Auto operated in a way that made buying a car a pleasure.I had 2 small problems which were addressed immediately.During the last snow storm i was stuck and the tow company asked for the tow hook when we looked there was nothng in the trunk no hook, spare tire or jack. I phoned Norm and he said the manufacture does not put jacks and spare tires in the car but i should have a system to seal and inflate the tire, when i told him there was not one he said come back and he would give the item to fix a flat as he had spares in his office.I will be buying my next car from Jaz Auto a quality company.

Purchased a car a month ago from jaz’ auto and they were sooo helpful, friendly and accommodating. Norman and the rest of the team really go above and beyond to assure you’re making a great choice by choosing them. Any question or concern I had they made sure to have an answer or solution for me. I purchased a vehicle from Jaz Auto back in February. Within a couple of days owning the car, I noticed that something was catastrophically wrong with the engine. The car is only 2 years old, but I knew that I had to let the people at Jaz Auto know.They made arrangements with a dealership close to me that specializes in the repairs of my make of car. A few repairs were tried, but to no avail. Eventually, the service department at the dealership my car was at came to the realization that the engine itself needed to be replaced. Just the short block, not the entire engine, needed replacing.After 3 weeks of being in the shop, the car was finally fixed, and now, it works like a brand new car! It only took that long because the dealership had to wait for the approval of the repair and receive the parts needed for the repair.While I was waiting for my car to be fixed, Jaz Auto made sure that I had a car to drive. They wanted to make sure that I was never without a car to drive. They even picked me up at my house to bring me to Jaz Auto to get a loaner car. The car that they gave me was a car that was on sale at the time. Most of my repairs were covered under warranty. However, there were some additional costs that weren't covered. Jaz Auto paid for all of these additional costs.I did not have to pay anything extra. Jaz Auto went above and beyond to help me out when I needed them to. They were very helpful with purchasing the car, and they were incredibly helpful with getting my newly purchased car repaired. I would highly recommend getting a vehicle from here!

My Name is Colleen, Just over 4 years ago I walked into Jazz Auto to look at cars and there I met Norm- he was very helpful in helping me select the perfect car for myself! I was trying to decide between a Benz and Range Rover and he took the time to show me both vehicles and explained the features of both, I never felt pressured or rushed which I believe is very important when you are buying a big ticket Item. We need to have more salesmen like him in the business. I will definitely be referring him to family and friends.

I have to admit that when I looked at the reviews for Jaz auto, I thought these must be fake. No used car dealer can be that good. Well, they are that good.
