Technician came out and explain that the part they had wasn’t quite the right one. Got the correct part ordered and came back the following business day to fix my washer. Quick, professional, and friendly would recommend.

If you look at the other non-absurdly positive reviews. Another person had the exact same complaint they I experienced. They claimed they were waiting for a part for my dishwasher from the warranty company. However, an employee from the company stated they had the part. Several other places around town had the part. The warranty company said that Crosstown had never requested a part from them even though they claimed they had requested the part over a month before. The warranty company said they had a responsibility to respond to the warranty within a 2 day period. They never installed the part or responded to the warranty party even after the warranty company gave them the part. They were rude when I pointed out that they had the part. They are a company I couldn't rely upon or trust.

They were fantastic! Our refrigerator went out in our garage and they brought us a new replacement and hauled our old one away the same day. Jack was on top of things and made it happen. I would use them again!

I called Monday morning to schedule a service call to look at a dryer. They had all my information pulled up in seconds from a previous service call and quickly got me scheduled. The tech was on time and very professional. Within on hour the problem was correctly diagnosed, parts were replaced, dryer was cleaned and operational again. We've had Tim from CrossTown Appliance in the past for our Washer and Refrigerator...so when the dishwasher leaked water we called Tim at Crosstown - he was able to come out the next day. He is very knowledgeable - the service is fast, reasonably priced, and professional.
