Amazing customer service from Henrik! We were very difficult customers and he patiently did everything in his power to make sure we were satisfied. He really knows his stuff and we are thrilled with our bike!

For a month I was searching for a Stages bike. I visited several local retailers and independent sellers. Then I stumbled upon Henrick and GTBC. I was hesitant since he was located a couple of hours away. After talking to Henrick on the phone I had full confidence I was going to receive a Stages bike that was in perfect condition. Henrick answered all my questions and I was impressed by his knowledge of bikes. The transaction and shipping was easy. 3 days later my bike arrived and I couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend Henrick!! Thank you for such a great experience.

I was having an issue with my Free Motion Bike. The computer wouldn't capture any of my ride data. While trying to figure my issue out, I came across GTBC. I emailed Henrik, and he was able to help me through the issue. Did not charge me a dime! Fantastic to see someone who has a passion for their work, and genuinely cares about helping people. My next spin bike will come from GTBC. I have a long memory for those who are great to work with, and those that aren't. Now I'm looking to Henrik to upgrade my bike to make it even better! Thank you again. I really appreciate your help.
