If there has -1 star I'd totally give -1. Worst customer service you'd experienced. I walked in and ask for some flooring advice. The guy sitting with his feet on the table, a tablet on his hand with tv drama on. I walk up to his face he doesn't really care and keep watching until I initiate. I told him that I need some flooring advice. My place need to replace hard floor from carpet. He asks me what type of floor I said I dont know can you give me some suggestion I know nothing about flooring." He shows impatient and tell me all floorings are general. what type do I want. Im like I dont even know what are my options. So I ask what are the options. His impatient again and a little bit angry too.. His gesture told me that why am I so stupid that don't know about flooring. He didn't plan to show me what they got. His voice raising as I ask a few more questions. His chest up and shoulder widen. I thought he is about to punch me. All I felt maybe he want me to go and stop bothering him to watch his drama. So I left"

The worst place ever. The worst customer service ever. Please avoid this place.
