Don’t count on this stores inventory.It said online that they had a certain product and I showed up minutes later they didn’t have it.The sales associate went out of the way by saying “They’ve never seen it there, and that it was weird that it showed in stock because they just updated the inventory a day before.”If you want anything here and it shows online do yourself a favour and call first.

Thanks Ishpret, (hope that's spelt right).We were having a problem with a virus constantly popping up on our computer. We called the store and spoke with Ishpret. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, friendly, patient....we can go on and on.He talked us through solving the problem and getting rid of the virus, and, saved us a lot of headaches. He was exceptional, and we can't thank him enough. It's rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares about his customer and is willing to go the extra mile. He'll be our go to guy for computer needs from now on.

Today I was having problems transferring data from my iPhone X to my new iPhone 13. I walk into The Source and Mathew was so kind and patient in helping me and explaining the process along the way. I appreciate that he did not talk down to me because I am Techno Challenge". Mathew was able to transfer and explained how to delete/clean my old phone. Thank you Mathew
