What a great team. I am glad to be part of the Waterbee family. Great experience from fair pricing, delivery, and service! Always taking the time to help out when things aren't exactly right, and make them right. Quick response on service. Above and beyond in my opinion. Will recommend to anyone I know. No pics of the hot tub sorry, I don't have my bottoms on.

Every member of Waterbee Pools & Hot Tubs have been friendly and professional. Scott was our salesman and guided us through all the things needed for the installation of our swim spa. Scott is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Everything needed for a good start ie. chemicals, cleaners, skimmers, vacuums etc. was provided as well as a thorough tutorial regarding maintenance. Every one we have dealt with at Waterbee has been friendly and helpful. We are very satisfied and it has been a great experience! Stacey & Mark.

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. But I have yet to frame a photo that expresses how much our Waterbee swim spa has enriched our lives. … We are now heading into our fourth season of ownership. From brisk morning workouts to post-dinner soaks (with beverages), we have incorporated our swim spa into our daily routine. It has also expanded our ability to entertain family and friends, which is what life is all about. Thank you, Waterbee, for the efficient installation and providing guidance about water chemistry. Maintenance has not burdened us, whatsoever. Our experience so far has been virtually problem-free.

I've recently recieved a used hot tub that needed repairs. I have been here twice now for information and parts. They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and thoroughly explained how to go about repairs. When it comes time for a new tub, I know who's getting my business!!! A++
