TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Great branch of td bank. Going their from 2013 and staff and their service is amazing. Always their to help the customers.

This branch is so unprofessional and very slow. TD takes pride in hiring multilingual staff yet none were available at this location. I go in the morning to get a quick transaction done yet I only see one person behind the desk and another one walking around seeing me waiting, looking me in the eye and completely ignore my presence and later vanished. When the only one working girl was taking too long and having a hard time competing a simply request from a client. I asked if someone else was working at the branch and if they could help me. She replies “No” and then when she sees me taking pictures and after I had still waited for over 10 mins - I guess she tells her friends about me taking pictures as she had asked me why I was taking pictures and out of no where I see the branch filled with staff who are no ready to look after their clients - WOW…Super disappointed.

Painful. Just plain painful. Took over 30 min to get an answer to a simple question and at first, was trying to send me away to call customer service. Either some of the staff are new or simply don't have a clue. Go to the TD off Neyagawa.

It's easy to see why the rating is so low 2.8.The branch has horrific customer service the branch manager called Because I gave him a negative review through the phone.. When I laid out what my issue was he said he would look into for me and did not return my call. More concerned about what the ratings look like than actually solving the problem.

i have been a TD customer and specifically a customer of this branch for years. The TD team is outstanding, deliver consistent excellent customer service and try to bring a community feel to the branch. The team is always interested in listening to customers needs and providing good solutions and service. I would highly recommend this branch and TD as a whole. TD has always been a great financial partner for me over the years.

If anyone is looking for a good reason to close their TD account, go see Raven Furtado. She will help you make the decision within the first 2 minutes of dealing with her. Unacceptable, arrogant behaviour.

This branch is slow and unprofessional.I will no longer do business with TD. Will be closing all my accounts with them. Clearly being on the phone for over 2 hrs to dispute unauthorized transactions on my account. They tell me to call the merchant and that they can’t do anything about it on their end! Really!

No one on the reception for 15 mins ! Under staffed.Yet this lady: illaha Ahmed is very efficient and opened an account in a heartbeat. Thank you illaha !

I had a problem with my debit card pin code recently and I went to this branch, teller was good and wanted to solve the problem but I don’t know why the manager came stopped her to do her job!!! and he started to talk to me in an impolite weird way!!!So I left the branch without doing my job because of his rudeness that day.I wanted to write a complaint letter but I was too busy that time. HoweverI decided not to go to that branch anymore and change my bank as soon as possible.

Manager,Raven Furtado is very Rude, lazy,arrogant , we asked her to give me for a letter for OMVIC to state my account is new she was rude and rejected it and she was talking like she does not care about nothing .
