We had a really nice time on the train. It's a pleasure to be able to experience a taste of the past.

Best Place to Walk around Specially in Sun. Being a Fan of Trains I love to explore these kind of places and found one in Waterloo Region. It’s easy to accessible located in St Jacobs Train Station which is around 7 mins from Waterloo city. Must visit this place for special train journey and during Christmas as well.

It was my first time experiencing the Historic Train Ride, which covered different areas between Waterloo and Elmira. I visited on a weekday and there were not a lot of visitors that day.

Great afternoon out! All the volunteers are truly amazing and will do everything possible to make the experience even better!Good cause to be part of. Public support is very much needed to secure the restoration efforts... if you have a chance - pay them a visit and enjoy this piece of history.

We had a wonderful evening aboard Santa's Magical Adventure Christmas Lights Experience. Everyone was wonderful, with visits from Santa and some friends. We played some trivia, listened to stories, and sang some carols. It was a great journey and the fresh snow made it even more festive.

Great experience for kids to travel in the train. Friendly and excellent staffs (all staffs are volunteers). Decorations inside the train for special occasions/festivals.Lots of parking space in the plaza adjacent to the St. Jacob's farmers market station - the train platform is at the back of the Value Village" store."

What a magical event! We had an amazing time on the Christmas train with our kids. We were so impressed by the lights, characters, staff and entertainment. From the signing to the dancing, Santa and his Elves, the train rain was beautiful and a wonderful way to spend an hour. Top to bottom I highly recommend.

What an experience, everybody that worked there from the conductor to all the actors and actresses and everyone else that make this whole experience possible are fantastic! As soon as we boarded the train we got into the spirit of things with singing and just the general visuals of the train and how it’s decorated made me feel like I was on the actual polar express train, we had Santa and his elves come on board and my daughter was so happy to see him just an overall wonderful experience made possible by a great crew of people. Candy cane was wonderful and the girl who had lost her voice but still continued on was an absolute trooper.Thank you so much for the memories and a great time definitely recommend for everyone!

Highly recommend the Vintage Christmas Lights trip! Full of Christmas spirit from the moment you see the train! My kids and family enjoyed the train a lot! And staffs on the train is super nice and humorous!
