Dealt with Chris for some used parts for an Audi.We had a small misunderstanding regarding freight, but after a couple of conversations Chris and the team at Northwest Used Auto Parts Ltd. made sure that we were taken care of in a reasonable manner!The HVAC vent we ordered came packaged Very well and was very clean. Thanks Chris!

Called to see if they had a used radio for my car. When I arrived they showed me a dirty radio and told me that it works. I asked to try it out and they let me. When I plugged it in it asked for a code to activate the radio. They did not have the code. They said I could call the dealer but the dealer wants the VIN of the car it came out of. They had no idea what car they took it out of so had no VIN. A wasted trip to a place I would not recommend going to for your Auto Parts.

The person I dealt with was extremely dishonest. I cancelled a part order the day before it was shipped. They tried to keep $500 for the inconvenience of having to remove it from the vehicle? This is a parts yard! I had to stop the payment because they were unreasonable and refused to give me my money. I will never EVER do business with them again!!

Make sure you check the parts your getting they tried to sell me a broken part after making my me wait for 2 weeks when they said it would be 2 days

Highly unprofessional staff members. They have no respect of your time. They will wait you infinite time and even when you start talking to them, they will receive a incoming call and let you wait again.The all carrying “dont care” attitude. They have no respect of your time. Even they will call you for another day and on that another day they will say that “we can’t fix it”. They can tell you on very first day, when you dealing with same person on both days.I would not recommend this store to do a business in.

1 was the lowest star I could give. Dealt with Chris, bought an engine that was sold to me 'with very low KMs' and had it shipped to Edmonton, Alberta. I installed the engine, went to start it, it wouldn't fire. Went into diagnostic mode and at the end there was no compression in cylinders. I called Chris and told him the situation. He told me he would ship out another engine, fast forward through 3 months of back and forth and I still DO NOT have that motor. Their excuse is that the courier has lost the replacement engine (no idea how that happenes) they have failed to provide the shipping documents as proof of shipment or the proof of me receiving the replacement engine. I have sourced another engine and installed it. I'm still out about $2500 and stuck with a motor with no compression

our business credit card was charged by northwest yet had no invoice to clarify charges, office staff made 9 phone calls looking for invoice or proof of purchase, called the 10th time was guaranteed we would receive an email the following day with an invoice, when that didn't arrive we called back ,only to be told to call the cops . do not deal with these guys!

Don't trust their used parts. They always have some damage and are not honest always trying to rip you off and lie.

I wish I could give 0 star. They sold me a damaged part. I called back they told me they will look into it and call me back, didn't hear back from them for sometime, I called them again and I was told someone will get back to me soon. 2 days later I called them and they said that there's no return or exchange. Even on a damaged part. Will never do business with them again.
