Walked in for a SIM Card. Already a Bell customer. She was charging me $20. Walked down the street to a cell repair shop was able to get a SIM for $5 and call Bell to activate. Just bad business practices for a Bell store.

The manager Jashan is very helpful and kind. I had so many doubts about the plans and she helped me in choosing the best plan. Very cooperative and friendly staff. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to visit this store.

Gurnoor and Jashan provided excellent service to us and helped me and my husband get the best possible deals on our brand new phones. They also helped set up the phones and data transfer patiently. I would recommend G1 wireless to everyone for their professionalism, care, and courtesy towards customers!

I had a great experience here at G1 Wireless, bought 3 lines from them and the staff were super helpful in the whole process. They were kind, courteous, and caring about my needs. I would recommend this location to everyone ! My salesperson’s name was Jashan and she was very kind.

I went in to buy a new iPhone. The guy that was helping me was extremely helpful. He easily listed the deals available and without complications I was able to get the best plan for my new phone. I would recommend others to go check it out!

Went to open a simple pre paid account for my daughters first phone. Lady told me to get post paid because its the same price and I already have an account. I said ok. Now I have the ability to have up to 5 lines and a good history with Bell. The lady then proceeds to do a hard pull on my credit and opens up a NEW account. So I have to call Bell and have these accounts merged together. I'm quite annoyed because I never gave her permission to open a new account nor to do a hard pull. Incompetent people over there.

Best customer service! Harman, the store owner was nice, patient, and made sure I understood everything about the plan. I didn’t feel rushed or anxious about my purchase. I would recommend this store to everyone and I will surely be activating more lines from them in the future. Definitely the best in the business. Thank you!

This is the second time I received service from this location in the past 3 years. Our 2 years plan was due in June. Jagjiwan was so patient while explaining the plan, cost and phone features. Harman helped me with transferring my phone data to new one and some other issues with my apple ID. I must give kudos to Jashan and Gurnoor, they are always welcoming and ready to help. Overall, I am very satisfied with G1 wireless’s customer service. I would highly recommend everyone to visit this location to get a quality service and bang for the buck. Thank you G1 wireless team!
