Since I've been purchasing my coffee for over 3 years from Creative Coffee, I've never been let down by the quality of the coffee purchased (my go-to is Caffé New York - Cristoforo Colombo) or the delivery of the goods.Their real worth is in their after-sales service: if they didn't have it stock, I was immediately informed, if there's been a billing problem, it was rectified without fuss, and, at times, if not to my satisfaction, provided me, without hesitation, a discount on any future purchase.

Web site is clear and concise, easy to use. Deliveries are prompt. Only thing I wish is that retail store inventories were more complete i.e. Linen Chest and that there be a better representation @ retail grocers i.e. IGA. Your hardware[machines] are good but it's important to make replenishing the users stock in coffees as easy as possible by your presence in the markets you are working so hard to break into & serve.
