We hired Level Q to renovate our entire kitchen and install laminate flooring in our basement. We wanted to make over the entire kitchen, include new flooring, new cabinets, relocate all appliances, new sinks and install a nice large island.The entire project took around 8 weeks from start to finish. They always explained to us what they had done by the end of each day, and what would be done on the next day. They also kept our place very clean and tidy.They paid a lot of attention to details, those details weren't just cosmetic stuff, if they found anything doesn't seem right (could be something that the builder did/previous DIY project), they would point it out to us and fixed it properly. For example, after they opened up our floor in our kitchen area, they found a hidden junction box which actually located in our basement's ceiling. They didn't ignore it, they explained to us what bad situation could happen, and the fixed it for us.Before they install the kitchen pot light, they discussed with us throughly to understand what we wanted and told us what are the better options. Finally, we took their advice of the pot light arrangement. They installed additional pot lights in our kitchen without additional charge. They always said making the customer satisfied is the most important, they were willing to chip in extra to ensure that.The cost of their entire project is not the cheapest one out there, I would say it is fair. Other highly rated contractor would quote you a much higher price for the exact same design. Level Q can really deliver high quality craftsmanship. I think that's the most important thing when you choose a contractor, you want someone who can do the RIGHT job for your renovation.We're extremely satisfied with the final product. We will definitely hire Ehab and his team for our next renovation project in the future.

We hired Level Q to renovate our main and only bathroom. Level Q were great, each team member was courteous and respectful. Ehab and team did a fantastic job, listening to what we wanted, answering all questions and attending to all concerns. We are very happy with the level of professionalism and expert work. Nasir wouldn't complete any task until it was done to his own standard of perfection. He did an awesome job installing the doors and when there was an issue with the vanity filler strip being too small, he rigged up a replacement and matched the fit and colour perfectly. This being our only bathroom in the house, Ehab was able to keep the toilet functional for all but a couple of days during the renovation. This wasn't easy and required some juggling of tasks. Without complaint Ehab made this work, removing and re-installing the toilet every day.We recommend Level Q for your reno. Ehab and his crew will work on your home as if they are working on their own.

We purchased a 2750 sq foot home that needed a lot of updates and were looking for a contractor who we could trust, who would deliver top quality, on time and within our budget. We interviewed a few and decided on Ehab and the Level Q team. During the surveying and quote process, Ehab showed he knew what he was doing, understood our ideas and what we were looking for and discussed the possibilities. We wanted to convert one large bathroom into two, change the layout of another bathroom, update the powder room, take down a wall & fireplace and replace the tile in our kitchen and foyer.Every member of the level Q team was exceptional - from demolition crew, electrician, plumbers, tiler, drywall and painters. The quality they delivered was outstanding. We were very particular on tiling and the tiler delivered an amazing finish. Ehab was very hands on visiting the site often and very responsive. He was always easy to contact and provided so many great ideas, guided us along every step of the renovation and introduced us to many great suppliers. We couldn’t have done it without him and the Level Q team. Renovations can be stressful, but we had so much fun with ours thanks to Level Q. I would, without hesitation recommend LevelQ for any kind of renovation.We are thoroughly pleased with our new basement space, and have been making use of it daily for the past two weeks.During any contracted work, especially a project that will take several weeks to complete, clear and effective communication is what gives you confidence. It's paramount. This is what you will get with LevelQ. Any question I asked, any changes I wanted made, any changes that may have been required to the design, or any change in schedule were all communicated in a timely and professional manner.I knew what was happening, when it was happening, and I knew roughly what the forward schedule was.The staff were all professional, everyone introduced themselves to me and shook my hand as I met them. I work from home so I was here most of the time. This allowed them to get my opinion when there was more than one way to accomplish something. Something I really appreciated. Every day, as the day was done, the final step was always to clean up as much as possible and leave the area relatively clean for place under construction.I had a general idea of what I wanted and relayed that info. LevelQ was able to then take that idea and turn it into this wonderful space. Many of the details, I would have never thought of on my own. That's why you hire a pro!Included in my basement install, is a Dolby Atmos setup with two subwoofers, 4 in wall speakers and 4 height speakers. The wiring was all completed by LevelQ and really professionally finished with tidy wrapping and proper terminations.Overall, we couldn't be more pleased with our new modern powder room and new basement space. Ehab and team are awesome! We got our basement bathroom done and they have done an excellent job. They are very detail oriented, professional, and responsive. Ehab gave us detailed quote so that there are no hidden charges. Most of the contractors do whatever you ask them to do but Ehab gave us honest and professional opinion about the work we wanted to get done and saved us a lot of money and design disaster. I would definitely use them again and 100% recommend.

We used Ehab and his team to renovate two bathrooms. They are meticulous and have high standards of their work. They wouldn't settle, unless it's up to their high standards. There was a great level of comfort and trust that they were not cutting the corners while doing the work. Communications is also very good that helped to understand every step of their work. The end result were two beautiful bathrooms !

We used Level Q to reno our main floor. This included taking down a wall, new flooring, painting, plumbing work and so many more little details. Ehab and his crew were very professional and clean and pleasure to work with. I have had bad experiences in the past with contractors but Ehab made this job stress free and delivered on time. What can I say! I feel like Ehab and the team are practically like family to us after our renovation. We had a very large project where we gutted the main level out and put in 5 steel beams for open concept, a brand new kitchen, engineered hardwood on the main and upper levels, new lighting all over and much more. We had reservations going into the project because of the lack of professionalism from other contractors we talked to before booking Level Q. Part of my biggest fear was to be messed around and have nobody show up for weeks and then be fobbed off and have poor quality etc. Let me tell you, Ehab and the team are the most professional and courteous outfit I have dealt with for such a large money project. Even the sub contractors are amazing and are a credit to Ehab who is a perfectionist himself.We had our bill paid but work was still outstanding due to a separate contractors mess up's and Ehab constantly checked in to make sure we were okay and if we needed the last few pieces finished that he was waiting to get in to do. At this point he was fully paid and was still concerned for our project. Our house is beautiful and we have Ehab and the team to thank for that. Our other contractor for our countertops who I wont mention pales in comparison.I especially want to say thanks to the team of people who put work into our home. I don't want to mention specific names but honestly, some of the best and nicest people you could meet. I will be posting pictures soon for the Job but on a final note, don't hesitate to book Ehab and the crew. Nothing is ever perfect on any job with any contractor but this comes close enough. Don't expect a project like something from HGTV. Nothing happens overnight. Good quality takes time and there will be delays that are out of peoples control. Be patient and wait for the end result. You wont be sorry.

I brought Ehab and his team to do work in my home, prior to having Ehab come and take a look at what I needed done I brought other contractors, I must say I knew right away Ehab was the one for job right away. Now that the job was completed in the time frame he provided and the quality of work is impeccable I would definitely recommend Ehab and his team to anyone, he is very patient in explaining what is being done and he takes an approach of letting you know what would realistically work and what wouldn’t. 5 stars well worth
