To get a good deal, you do have to be aware of the original price. Sometimes, the price can be bid up close to regular price with the auction fee, so you just have to be aware. But these guys are great, buying from this auction is essentially risk free because if the product doesn't work, they'll still honour a refund. Thumbs up!

Good auction but you only have 24 hrs to return item if not working. So paying more than 40% of value not worth it. Make sure you check your product before you leave and save yourself the hassle of going back.Remember...These are returns for a reason..Now I'm unable to login. The only reason for the 3 stars and not 5 is that you don’t offer shipping. Many other auction houses do. It dose not cost you any thing but you would get a lot more bidders

The weekly auction is so much fun (and not so good for my bank account) the staff are always so great when I go to pick up my items.

Possibly a little too big for their britches. I was interested to find a new auction provider and had a look at the stuff and the pricing, the location of their auctions.. I went through the tedious process of applying to bid, which includes giving out vast amounts of personal information. Only to find that not only are they in Canada, and the entire auction is pick up only..... some where in the Eastern Canada. Complete waste of my time. I believe you folks are getting ahead of yourself and forgetting your customers. Very happy I caught this stupidity, as in my experience, especially with the unusual items I bid on, that they want to get rid of, they will force the contract on me so I have to give my money away. Either that or drive for 3 days.

Item descriptions are not always accurate/detailed but there is no obvious shill bidding like 403Auctions or Auction Network (Richmond hill).Pickup is always smooth and quick. One of the best auctions in GTA.
