She was very well versed in the plans each provider had, and what was included for each individual phone. She even provided me with a purchasing gift! George was an absolutely incredible help with the switch from Fido to Rogers. Explained everything thoroughly to help me understand plans and everything better (I’m terrible with phone knowledge). My husband and I purchased new phones through WOW! Mobile Boutique and we’ve never been happier with the customer service we received by Chantel:) She was friendly, patient and made sure to get us the best deal. She took the time to make sure our phones were set up properly and explained every detail of our contract before we signed anything. It was our first time at WOW! Mobile Boutique and it definitely isn’t our last - thank you for making it such an easy and stress free experience!

On Boxing day, they got my wife and daughter fabulous deals on both plans and phones. Today, I was able to take my parents (in their 70's) and finally get them decent phones and good plans so they could move into the digital age. The staff were calm and patient with my parents, which led to a great transaction that my mom was delighted with. Found us a great deal even though we missed out on the deals around Christmas.

I have been to this WOW kiosk a couple of times now. Once to switch my service provider and just recently to add an additional line to my account. On both occasions, Ryan, was attentive, professional, efficient, helpful and friendly. I am super impressed with the service and will definitely be coming back in the future! Snaps for Ryan! :)

The 2 gentleman working, George and Tjchad, were amazing!! My son got exactly what he wanted before xmas and the service was so good, i went back 2 days ago and left with a new phone. The personal service and knowledge is the best! Recommend to everyone!
