P Massie was sub-contracted by a Boutique Sima. Overall the installation went fairly well but with a few major hiccups. They were given the wrong design plan, made executive decisions they were not authorized to make and in the end I did not get the pool I paid for. Also, they sent an inexperienced worker to install a niche light and he has caused permanent damage to my light. They made attempts to fix this but it is still problematic. No one will take responsibility.

Excellent travail fait pour le remplacement de ma toile, votre technicien Benjamin est très compétent et consciencieux du travail à effectuer. Je le recommande sans hésiter.

This has been an extremely disappointing experience with Picine Massie. We had high hopes, they said pool installation max 3 weeks. We got the pool started beginning of September we are now in mid November this pool is yet to be done. Weeks go by, no one comes. Contract details were not respected. Already cracks around the concret. We had to cancel our other contractors for irrigation system and pave uni because Massie couldn’t finish the job on time as promised. Two months in they said 3 weeks max.. we had beautiful weather so no excuse there .. They left boxes and boxes and bags and energy drinks all around my backyard. They left a complet disaster in our yard. I will NEVER refer this company. C’est n’importe quoi nous sommes extrêmement dessus.

Très beau travail par tous les membres de Piscine P. Massie. Nous avons apprécié que Patrick, le propriétaire, participe à la construction et s’assure du travail bien fait. L’équipe a rencontré plusieurs difficultés lors de l’excavation de notre terrain, mais Piscine Massie a respecté son contrat malgré ces difficultés rencontrées à l’excavation et a complété les travaux au prix qui était convenu. Quelques petits détails de finition pourraient être améliorés, mais somme toute nous sommes bien satisfaits par la qualité des travaux.

P Massie just finished the installation of our new pool, and I found the teams from beginning to end helpful, professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a pool. Kevin from the sales team, would always get back to me in a timely manner and provided insight to each step of the process. Thanks for saving our COVID summer!

3e Année d’affilé où nous attendons pendants des semaines pour l’ouverture de notre piscine , alors que nous complétons un formulaire avec un choix de semaines… et lorsqu’ils nous donnent rendez-vous, alors que nous prenons congé du travail, ils ne se présentent pas le jour convenu , ni à l’heure convenue.De plus, ils utilisent notre matériel personnel et ne rangent rien avant de partir, laissant porte du cabanon ouverte et accessoires au sol .Très décevant comme service!

Where to begin? I was debating to put 3 stars or 1, but then we decided to go.with 1 after sayinf we were liars and sent someone to investigate their own installation from their own plans which we paid. But also, we got our pool install in April and in May they called us to ask if we want to.change pool liner companies as there are delays, before we can say yes, they said we were not affected by the delays, just of One month. Mid-June we call as they didn't follow.up, and they said end of.July! End of July we call and they say Mid August. They did not advise us from the start about liner delays and they acted in bad faith saying all in house but as soon as they got their deposit, it's all pay us pay us and we won't follow.up! Also, we wanted to do a change of 3 SQFT and they wanted to charge us $100 for plan change. Talk about supporting local business if they don't care on the clients that support them!

Had my pool liner, heater and salt system changed. Everything got started a little slowly with some short delays with the liner but the service and quality of work provided by the whole team was tremendous and really appreciated. They reacted quickly and some quality people delivered the goods. Thank you to Andre Lagacé in sales for taking my calls even on his day off, Amanda (in service) always followed up promptly with answers to your questions, Benjamin was a bright young kid that did a superb job in installing the liner and Kevin was very pleasant when he connected the pump and salt system. Thank you to the team…the pool looks great!

Very bad company and once they took the money of the service, they will ignore uI am a client and they try to reply for public that I am not because they don’t find a reply
