Hard to review this one...had my phone promptly repaired by a super friendly person, only to find that the screen was a bit defective when I went to pick it up. Despite this, I paid for it with a slight discount as was desperate to be able to use the phone. Definitely get that these things can happen and he did offer to replace the screen again but I had to return to the UK and they were closed on Sunday. In the days that followed, the screen continued to have more problems and when I wrote again about the increasing issues, I didn't receive a reply.

Its a scam, fixed my phone" and then a week later the screen started glitching and wanted to charge me another 340 with no warranty. My phone was fine for 1.5 years before coming to this place. Go to a proper phone repair shop

Mobile One went above and beyond to help me fix and retrieve my data from my broken older model phone. Before finding Mobile One, I went to two other nearby stores that refused to even try to fix the problem because my phone was too old. From now on, I will go to Mobile One first.On top of the amazing service, the prices were very reasonable.They also have a large selection of phone cases and accessories, I ended up buying a new case for my phone.I would highly recommend this store.

Got my iPhone 6 screen repaired here just over a week ago, and it’s been functioning perfectly with no issues. The repair itself was quick (under 30 min!) and the owner was prompt and showed me all the features on my phone that were intact post-repair, so you have no worry about something like Touch ID not working. The tempered glass screen protector I bought has also been great and high quality, no scratches or cracks at all even though I dropped my phone face down the other day.

This place is one of the best services to fix your apple products!!! They are not thos one time stop shop that you'd never come back to, they do always take care of their customers AND they genuinely help you look into a lot of projects to make your products function better! I came back here 4 times already and it's totally worth it!!! Price worth it reasonable and they are so understanding as well!!! definitely go to them if your devices are not working!

Incredibly positive experience on my end. After accidentally shattering my cell phone screen such that my phone was not usable, I came in to see Calvin at Mobile One. He quickly assessed and took action such that my phone was good as new in 20 minutes at a reasonable cost. Very impressed and appreciative of a first class service.

OMG, worst service ever.i would rather send my phone to a different province than this shop.Firstly, this guy says its not his fault even if there is a issue in his repairing. Secondly, this guy charges different for different people. I intentionally made my frnd call for the exact same service I asked for and this guy says it would be 200( he told me it is 150). Lastly, he doesn't give warranty for the products even if it says it has a 6 months warranty. KINDLY AVOID THIS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.

Great service, very friendly, and very helpful.My phone screen was cracked so I brought it in to Mobile One during my lunch break. She fixed the screen in 10 minutes! She also put a glass screen protector on there. She has a fair warranty policy, and gave me a free repair within a week as well. I went back for something and she opened up the phone on the spot to take a look. Better service and better price than Apple. Great store, definitely recommend.

Broke the glass on the back of my phone and was passed off. Shopped around asking for quotes and stumbled upon these guys. I have to say their prices are INCREDIBLE and the service was super fast. I am glad to say that within 20 mins it was ready to go and looking fresh. I recommend anyone who's looking to have their devices fixed to visit him - he's the best.Thank you again my friend for lifting up my spirits again.
