I was going to leave a one star rating after asking a question of a staff member who was a door greeter and people counter for covid restrictions. She made me feel like I was bothering her by asking her where something was in the store. I Persisted in finding someone else by the name of Emma who was very patient, kind, and helpful. That said, the store itself was in need of more men's inventory as many shelves were empty and in some places the store was very untidy. I think they need better management because some staff were just standing around talking to each other and not doing anything.

Very friendly staff and great products. Best place in High River to find work clothing and footware. Best selection of shoes in town. The clothing is very high quality and reasonably priced. Staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. We have gotten great product suggestions that have worked well for us. Every time we go the staff always is smiling and friendly. Pleasant shopping experience.

Well stocked and a friendly staff that work there and have most things that you need. They often have very aggressive sales that usually end on Saturday rather than a Sunday. Great place to shop.

Very poor customer service, plus some items are extremely over-priced, such as shoes. Came in to exchange a couple of pairs of boots for smaller sizes and to enquire as to whether or not they were available in a different color. Salesperson had no idea what they were talking about, multiple times referring to shoe colors as the brand name. Store manager or supervisor was present and offered no solutions. Ended up straight returning the items as I don't want to give this location my money. I have always liked marks, but this is by far the worst location I've ever been to.

The staff are super friendly at this location, but I can never find any decent working gear here. The store is massive and nice to look at, but I am normally forced to go to another location to find the right boot size or a good pair of work pants. They have a really good casual selection though...if that is what you are looking for

Customer service was great! Went shopping for going back to work and staff was extremely helpful, polite, and had great sense of humor. There is a young blonde gentleman that works there and he was fantastic! Even gave me tips to hide my new clothes from the husband!
