Happy Kingdom Playground and Arcade
Definitely not the best indoor play area. Passable at best but there are many issues that never get addressed. There are supposed to be staff walking around monitoring but they don't actually do anything when there is a problem. I have seen adult sized children barreling around (including one that knocked me off a seat) that could easily have injured one of the toddlers and when staff were alerted they just shrugged. Also on top of the exorbitant price of child admission, they charge extra for parents/caregivers if kid is over 36in (so toddlers and up)- not all parents will pay extra and I have seen children crying at the gates who could not locate parents because they were out of play area and staff would not let the child out (which is a safety regulation that I have seen broken occasionally also). If caregivers were allowed in with child admission then fewer children would be traumatized.A brief online search will turn up several other venue options that are better price and also quality (staff, policies).

not very fancy but more than enough to get the kids sweaty and keep going...

Spent the day as caregiver for two kids at Happy Kingdom yesterday!I was thrilled that I arrived early, stocked with water bottles and slip- resistant socks! I was able to avoid the line that later developed! I was required to use a tablet to fill in information on myself and the 2 children in my care. My phone number was written on each armband. We entered, removed our shoes and jackets and placed them in the numerous cubby holes provided.I walked around, examining the play structure, noting the step like seating area that was available for parents and caregivers to sit and observe playing children. The place was extremely busy so I had my children go to the fence and I went outside of the play area and met them so that they knew where to meet me for water breaks.I was able to sit comfortably on a barstool type chair and and see the children as they played, especially on the taller structures! My first impression was, wow, there's an ocean of balls for kids of all ages to play in! Then there were a few bigger, rubber balls. It reminded me of beach balls in the surf! There were several slides, big enough and allowed for an adult and child to hold hands and slide down next to each other! This place provides lots of fun for kids who love to climb, and or run around! There is a blocked off play area for toddlers and younger children. One area/climbing structure was roped off with yellow tape and and employee stood there the entire time to ensure no one got onto that structure!Inside the sea of balls, a vacuum tube made it possible for kids to suck up the balls into a bucket, push a button, and the balls would come raining down! Unfortunately, this machine was not in working order!Lunch! I entered the locked gate to retrieve my kids. As we left, there was someone at the exit checking to make sure that we all had matching armbands. We ate at the food court conveniently located just outside. Luckily, there are lots of food options! After lunch we reentered Happy Kingdom, I took up my position in the same place on the outer fence and kids played for another couple of hours.I give two thumbs up to Happy Kingdom!Cost: $14 each child, cheaper for siblings. Plus $2 for the adult accompanying them.

This place is amazing. Staff are wonderful. Lots of things for the kids to play with; and it’s completely safe. No kids can leave without their parent, and no adult can enter with no children. Also there is an arcade across the way, so it’s fun for the kids too. Highly recommend! My kids love it there. They are 8 & 6.

Not much to say about this place, it is a fun place for the kids to go and have fun with other kids or with friends and family, you can reserve space for parties, there is an arcade as well, there is ball pit and slides and tunnels for kids, it's all padded, also affordable, and there 8s someone at the exit to make sure that kids exit with a family member, it's located at stockyard inside food nation. I say go by and check it out just to make sure hands are washed after exit.

Sign up and payments could have been handled quicker but it was nothing more than a minor inconvenience. The staff were very polite and friendly. The place was clean and there was enough to keep my 7 year old content for a while. My only complaint would be the staff not doing enough to deal with aggressive children or children who are putting other children at risk. I witnessed a few incidents during my last visit and I couldn't say whether or not the staff didn't witness it or if they ignored it. Either way, still a fun place for children.

A lot of variety and pretty decent play structure but smaller than expected and the price is higher than some of the larger indoor playgrounds but you are paying for the convenience of its location. The only reason I give it 3 stars is because it was more crowded than was comfortable for a toddler under 5. There were so many older kids running over each other that I found it hard to just let my daughter just go by herself. Keeping in mind it was a cold snowy day and we were there after work hours.I really enjoyed the convenience of letting my wife go shopping while I hung out with our daughter and then we all had a bite to eat at the food court. On a cold snowy day this was a convenient place to get in some activity which makes it pretty popular!

I just recently hosted a birthday party in their party rooms. I paid for 2 party rooms for 60 people. Here are the pros and cons:Pros:1. Great security, they don’t let kids leave by themselves without an adult.2. Affordable pricing for parties.3. Spacious! Big playground, large arcade and lots of room for parents and kids to run wild.4. Good amount of space in the party room (until everyone is inside, it’s a bit tight)5. No restrictions with food, decoration and music. Bring whatever you want and need!6. No need to setup or clean up. (Put up your own decorations and then take what you need and leave when party is done)7. I never went into the play area but lots of things for kids to play with.8. Arcade has a good amount of games!9. Nations grocery store and a few food places to buy if you don’t want the party food (bubble tea, sushi, etc)Cons:1. Only 2 washrooms and they’re not very clean.2. Party rooms need a huge update! Ceilings, walls and floors need a good fixing.3. **I understand I only paid for 2 hours but my party was THE LAST TIME SLOT so no party was after** BUT the staff could be more understanding in terms of letting us clear our guests out instead of rushing and pushing us out the door. We had to rush to put our stuff away and collect over 50 party guests WITH KIDS to leave! Like I said, no party was after us so all they had to do was clean and leave. This gave me a negative vibe and we cleaned our own stuff as fast as we could.Overall, it’s a good place if you’re also on a budget. Keep in mind, use your time wisely and allocate time to send guests home because they will nag you to leave as fast as you can.

The overall park is fun for Kids and most neumatic things are not working, what is really upsetting is that it is filled with adults!!! And children have no space toddler section should be separate and at another price and adults should reason as adults and limit themselves to stay out of the game park .

Very nice place. Aside from having playground for kids, you can also enjoy the arcade games. When you get hungry, just go and buy some stuff in front of you. They really have a nice spot, I would say. Staff are very nice too. I will surely be coming back lots of times because of the Dance Dance Revo game that is inside the arcade. I wasn't expecting to play one here when I've been looking for that game for like forever. In terms of sanitation and cleanliness, I believe it is a continuous process for everyone and for every business. They had removed all the plastic balls that used to be in there. One staff would be sitting by the corner and kind of just watch if everyone is following the covid19 protocols. They also have spray bottles and I actually saw them spraying the touch surfaces of the bumpcar where we rode. They also make sure you sanitize your hand whenever you're getting in. They have 2 washrooms and both has sink and hand dryer outside, which is pretty cool!
