Fantastic service!! Dr. Listrom is the best! I feel a lot of confidence from him. I am very anxious and I had 2 surgery with him. He made me feel relaxed, the procedure was quick, no pain and no issues later. They also have a team of nurses who are very polite, professional and attentive. It is a little pricey, but you get back what you are paying for! Thank you for taking care of me so well!

Surgery I gave five stars. Follow up afterwards I would give less then one star if I could. The nurse called when I was sleeping and left no phone number for me to call back with my questions. Never called back again. Only way to get assistance is to call the on call surgeon. Absolutely zero care for follow up.

I had postponed my wisdom teeth removal for nearly 25 years thanks to a needle phobia. Then gum disease caught up to me and 6 teeth needed to be extracted. Thankfully I was referred to CVOS. The Burlington North team made it feel like a walk in the park. It is a happy place. They deal with your anxiety in so many ways, it melts away. Dr. Kodsi was outstanding. Obviously, I highly recommend them to anyone.

From the first phone call to confirm the appointment to the end of the procedure, it was all about me and my comfort. I can't remember everyone's name but the whole staff was caring, comforting, and wonderful. I understand now why I was referred to this office. Outstanding care. I can't thank you enough.

Dr Kodsi takes the time to answer all questions. He is compassionate and he has a good team of caring professionals that helped relieve my anxiety. This was my third time of going to them and I have had excellent care every time.

On February 17, Dr Steven Leung performed jaw and chin surgery on my grandson. The whole experience is one we both will never forget.The staff are very caring and knowledgeable and answer all your questions and concerns. The atmosphere in the office makes you feel calm and relaxed.Dr Leung is an amazing surgeon. He explains everything to you, keeps you informed before and after the surgery and answers all your concerns.Recovery is going great!We definitely recommend CVOS and the awesome staff.

All of the staff were very calming,caring and professional. I felt very at ease. Dr. Barakat is just superb. Very empathetic and a great oral surgeon. Put me at ease and hygiene was the best. All of the staff were great. Couldn't ask for better. Not many this good today.Thanks very much and thanks for following up on me.

An absolutely awesome experience! My 9 year old is terrified of needles. Our visit could have gone really poorly but the staff at this location did everything to make the experience a good one! Victoria was so kind and patient and her help is what made the difference. I am very grateful for all of the staff that helped to make the situation happy and calm. Will definitely request to go here in the future if need be!

Dr. Ho and his team are fantastic. I have used them a few times and wouldn’t use anyone else. Very professional, explain everything in detail, are able to make you feel comfortable and remove any pre surgery anxiety. Highly recommended.

This is a very polished organization in terms of dealing with dental extractions. From the consultation through to the procedure and follow-up, the CVOS team provides the patient excellent care and service. Dr. Leung is great and l would recommend him to anyone if getting your wisdom teeth removed.
