My Mazda3 was not starting up, so Dan came to help out with this issue, which we thought initially was just a simple jump start fix. That didn’t work, so Dan stayed and spent extra time to run more thorough diagnostics and try out multiple different solutions. Eventually in just about a half hour he was able to make it work and fix something that I would surely have had to have taken to a repair shop to help fix otherwise. Dan was super friendly and kind throughout the process and he went above and beyond to get my car working again, for which I am very grateful!Highly recommended! Thank you Dan!

We gave Dan a call and he showed up in 30mins as promised. He surveyed the situation and deduced the problem. We were directed to his contacts for an alternator replacement which was completed reasonably and within an hour. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a helping hand with a smile.

Dan is just amazing, I called for a towing service but he offered to check the vehicle first and found a different solution which lessen the cost I was expecting (towing, mechanic (labour)). Others would take advantage of using their service but Precision Roadside Assistance make sure you are calling for the right service. Thank you again

We called Dan on Saturday night at 8 pm as we were missing a lug nut on one of the tires and felt a vibration in the steering wheel. He arrived within 10 minutes, came and checked all tires and gave us peace of mind it was safe to travel. He even asked that we text him when we arrived home safely!Highly recommend him!

Dan came out twice to help me start my vehicle, first to get it home and then a second time to get it to a mechanic. Both times he had to charge the battery for me along the way. He made a very stressful situation easier at a very reasonable price (much less than having to towed). He also diagnosed the problem for me to give me an idea of what I should expect from the mechanic and overall was just very helpful throughout the process!
