From email communication to my first visit, the customer service from the staff here has been excellent. Everyone I spoke to was lovely, and the treatment I received made me wonder why I was ever nervous about coming in.

I went here for custom foot orthotics. They charge $495 per pair (which seems to be the average going rate everywhere these days?). They also charge $70 assessment fee which is not typically covered by insurance companies. Nice staff, nice location (lots of free parking), but they don’t direct bill insurance, so unless you have a ton of extra money sitting around that you can spend until after your insurance company reimburses you, go somewhere that direct bills. Scanning and sending all of that paperwork to your insurance company yourself is a lot of work. Bioped on Upper Wentworth direct bills Greenshield. I don’t think Bioped charges any assessment fees either?

This place has probably the nicest staff of anywhere I've ever been, not just in the health profession! They were always happy and would literally bend over backwards to make sure you were comfortable, informed, and happy. Only downside was that it was a bit pricey.

I was very impressed on my first visit here. A staff member documented my issues before Dr Alicia McQuistan arrived. She then shared this info, at appropriate times, during the consultation. Dr Alicia McQuistan was awesome....thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate. Thanks team! Now I know why my friend highly recommended you!

My father and I were in need of some foot care. Katie answered the phone with great service and helped us get an appointment fast. Sahil cared for my fathers feet with amazing service and effort, making sure the job was done properly. Chantelle sized my father for ortho shoes and socks with a bright smile on her face. Overall experience was exceptional and we will not be going anywhere else. Thanks again to the team.

New Patients BEWARE ...especially if your on a budget and don't have insurance to pay for your purchases. Beware they will sell you everything including the kitchen sink at ridiculous prices. Study your bill diligently before making your purchase because they will not accept refunds. After studying my bill I found $80.00 of unnecessary items that later could not be returned. I will not make that mistake again. I will not be returning to that clinic. I expressed concern of my limited funds and still they sold me items that are simply unbelievably expensive. BEWARE
